Service has always been slow at this store. Store always dirty. Its relatively close to my house so Ive been putting up with it. Last two visits abysmal. Two weeks ago I had one medium sized box to ship UPS and the employees could not get the computers to work. I was the only customer being serviced and it took 20 minutes (seriously I checked my watch a full 20 minutes) to ship one box. Was dumb enough to go back there today to mail two small items. The kid behind the counter at first had to call his manager because he didnt know the code for something on the computer. Then after waiting for that he couldnt figure out how to finish the transaction and asked me to bring the items back on Monday (it was Saturday). I politely told him I wouldnt be coming back.

Came in from OH for a show at the expo center and ran out of brochures. Took a rough idea to the store and Pennie was able to take the information and put it into a usable format to get me on my way. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Pennie is a ROCKSTAR!! Thank you!
