I will never go back to this salon!!! My first words to the stylist were "I really dont want my hair thinned down so you can see my scalp", like she did on my last visit. She said fine, proceeded to cut my hair. I will admit, I had originally wanted a bob but then asked her to just shape it down to a point on my face which is what I have always had. She asked to see a picture of what I wanted, I showed her and she said fine, and seemed to be annoyed at this point. Needless to say, when she was finished, my hair was so thin on the sides I could - yes- see my scalp!!!which was exactly what I DID NOT WANT. I mentioned that it still didnt look right and was told it was the gray causing the problem!!!! It looks AWFUL!!! Again, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON!!!

My haircut today by Ruth was awesome. She and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had not been in a salon in over a year and they made it painless! I Love my haircut ♡♡ thanks!

I just had my long, thick, unruly hair cut by Karen and I am very happy with the results! She listened to me, and did exactly what I wanted . I am definitely going back to her.
