I am usually very picky and hesitant when it comes to haircuts as they generally leave me feeling a little insecure and vulnerable since its normally from pretty long hair to short hair and I have to say I left completely satisfied without the slightest inkling of insecurity. I went to have my hair measured for donation, and after being told it was long enough they began the haircut, my stylist, a presumably Indian woman whose name escapes me, was very thorough and did a fantastic job.So much so, that the little old lady that came in just after me told me I looked very handsome, which was both pleasant and reassuring. All of the staff were EXTREMELY friendly, and seemed quite skilled. I make that assumption based on everyone being happy with their hair by the time they left. If anyone is like some of my friends and only let attractive women cut and style their hair ( I probably should keep better company), they have a beautiful and very attractive stylist, with a nice smile and whos got a nice, slightly 90s punk aesthetic going on with her hair, piercing, and tattoos. I will recommend this as THEE place to get you haircut as the place is fantastic and much better than any place Ive gone to prior!

The girl who cut my hair was clearly on some kind of opioid drug, as she was continuously "knodding out" while cutting my hair! She couldnt keep her eyes open. I could barely understand her, maybe she thought she was speaking clearly. All I heard was slurring. It was a terrible experience. The man who was cut before me, didnt seem too thrilled when he walked out of that door either. I feel sorry for whoever had to experience the same as I did with this hairdresser. Its a shame and hopefully she gets help. And shame on the owner for letting an employee continue to perform services under the influence!! If I do decide to ever go back there, I will see to it that Michele never touches my hair again!

Checked in from home, when I came inside nobody waiting but all stylists working, they say hello I step aside to wait to check in. A woman and husband come in goes up to desk they now come up and check them in first without asking if I had checked in. They then check me in after people that followed me in and called them first. I left and will not return

Im a big fan of Great Clips because I travel a lot this particular one would not accommodate me at five till nine they were already closing out the register and cleaning their stuff, just not good business

We love it there. They do a great job. We have never had anything other than great haircuts. The people who work there are very nice and skilled at what they do. Especially Phyllis and Michelle.
