I been there several times and below are some points which I have experienced and decided not to visit this salon anymore. i would rate it as a -5 if there is a option. 1) Most of the hair stylist are so mean there, specially manager "Kavita " . some of them ask for tip even if you are not satisfied with the service and dont want to give them tip. 2) They sent out coupons in news paper, magazine etc... and they dont like when you show that coupon when checkout. Also, dont want to accept it saying we have new management and they are not accepting previously sent out coupons. 3) I saw new stylist every time I go there So I believe the management is not taking care of the employees as well. 4) Once I checked in online and there was a 45 minutes of wait time so I went there after 30 minutes and my name was not there. So, I asked manager she said the system automatically remove the name after some time. I called up Great clips corporate and they said there is no such things once you checked in your name it should be there until someone manually remove from list. If you see other reviews they all matches with mine. So, do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

Got a haircut by the Indian lady and she was so rude. She mocks all the customers and yells at everyone to sign up on the web. This place is horrible. I feel bad for some of the workers that work there because they can do a decent job but is dragged down by poor coworker and poor management. I asked for a simple trim around the sides and I was almost bald. She did not used any pivot points at all. She does the edge with one hand and no support at all. When I ask her to have a nicer fade she yells and say that this is hair salon and not a barbershop. Dont go to this place!!

I decided to take my Son for his hair cut today, we were greeted by a lady name Arti she asked what I want for him. I clearly told her that I want fades with combover and part on a side and I mentioned to her about three times. She completely ignored me and keep shortning the hair, I kept saying to her length is enough but she just kept on going. Unfortunatly, once the hair cut started you cant stop it so I let it go this and I never ever going back to that great clips. I dont think she even knew what combover meas and what I meant by side part. Again her name is Arti.

I went to this salon some days ago. I would like to say that the lady whose name is Kavita ,she was a way to rude; I mean she doesnt know how to treat a customer and how to make a new hair style. Also, she needs to learn math that how to count the inches before making any changes in the length of the hair. However, if they have catalog than they should know how to do those styles. Everything was mess up with my hair and I was so frustrated because I have to attend the wedding next day. Please, go to this salon if you dont care about your hairstyle.

I dont post reviews unless I am compelled by my personal experience. After reading horrid nightmares people had at this place, I was nervous going in. In the end it turned out just fine. I think I had my service from Arti. I find her to be professional, and to the point. I walked in on a Sunday and without any appointment. I had to wait a little over 15 minutes and walked out 15 minutes after. I am not sure what people are expewhen walking into a great clips. I have no reason to not go there again.

I had hair all the way down to my waist, so I went there to donate my hair. The hairdress told me that she would cut below my shoulder, so I said thats fine. And for my own hair, told her to just layer it. The next thing I know, she chopped off another three inches and gave a bob & my hair is not layered at all!!!! I look like a friggin oompa loompa!!! Their haircuts only $13 & I was going to give her a $10 tip... but needless to say, I didnt give her the tip & I AM NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!

This is the worst Great Clips in United states. Its because of the an indian Lady called Kavita. And other lady called Dora. They are rude and Kavita just yells at customers. Great clips if you read this and others reviews for this store save your store by teaching these ladies how to treat the customres. There is a new Hair Saloon called Sweeny Todd on Stelton Rd, Piscataway, NJ. They are really good and dont have any stylist like Kavita, who is the worst and rude stylist

I went for a haircut on the morning of 9/14/11 because I had a coupon for $6.99--this was my first visit. There was no waiting and I received a GREAT haircut! The stylist was polite and conversational. I felt confident that the she knew what she was doing. I appreciated that the stylist made sure there werent any snipped bits of hair on my clothing, neck, top of my head, etc. after the haircut. I was very impressed and will go back to this location.

I went here with great expectations but the hairdresser was soo rude and sounded like she was doing a favour on me by doing my haircut. i was soooo very disappointed after the hair cut. Dont know what she did exactly it dint look at all like i had an hair cut. i hated it really. Please dont go here. Its a waste of money and the hairdresser ( the one i got ) was soo mean. Never Never will go again here. I wish i can give minus star to this place......

I went to get my hair cut in this location in three occasions(every 9 mo.) so far I tried 3 different hairstylist (making sure I didnt get the same person) and none of them were able to give me what I wanted. Its ridiculous!! All those times I took a picture of what I wanted - all of them were horrible. The last hair cut I got from the lady with tattooed eyebrows - was the worst. Definitely not going back - 3 strikes and theyre out!!!!!!!!!!

I actually had a very positive experience here. I was apprehensive to go here after reading all the negative reviews but my regular place was not open the day I needed a haircut. So I went here, checked in online which was very helpful and is highly recommended. Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was professional. Aarti cut my hair and did an excellent job, definitely better than the typical chain hair cut places.

I was looking in those stars if I could give Half Star!! worst hair cut!! Its not at least even from both side. First of all the dresser dint understood what I wanted, after showing in picture book she brought my cut from third world!! simply made my cut look UGLY.. Wonder why great Clips hire those employees..

Worst experience and worst hair cut ever!!!! Im not going to repeat what others said. Just read all the other reviews before you go there. And if you still want to go. Be prepared for surprises, bad manners and most important, keep an eye on your hair at all times.
