This place is horrible. First, the fact that they dont schedule appointments means youre waiting minimum an hour. Second, there is never any attempt to take customers in fairly. Every twenty minutes someone will go to the front of the store and whoever yells out their phone number first is next. Most (not all, but most) of the people that work there have no customer service ethic whatsoever. When I pointed out to one of the hair dressers that I had been waiting for forty five minutes (longer than the two people who got there after me but were first to yell their phone numbers) all I got was a sarcastic "okay." Third, their haircuts are ok. They are not completely bad I would say they are between below average to average depending on who you get. The only redeeming quality about this place its how cheap it is. Bottom line if you dont mind rude staff, waiting minimum 1 hour, and a so/so hair cut so you can save 2.50 then this is the place for you.

They are so rude. They have no respect for anyone. I didnt go to great clips for 3 years and when I went they asked me where hair cut places I went. Is that any of Great clips business. They need to shut the hell up. They need to stop this behavior. The lady that was being rude and her name is Kavita. She is around 50. Dont get your hair done by her. She is a ugly Indian with glasses. She should get fired. I filed a complaint. I really rate that a big fat 0. She is so ugly that when you look at her you will vomit.

It depends who cut your hair, you may get satisfied. But usually its its about quick turnover for them... Adult $14, child or senior $11, shampoo $3, style formal $60, style long $35, style regular $23, trim $5, conditioning treatment $10, perm long $79, perm regular $59, perm partial $49... They have an app to help you sing up and see wait time... but if you are looking for a particular person its better to call to find availability then sign up online... your sign up will expire within 30min (not sure)

I like this Great Clips, and have been lucky I can go during the week and never had to wait, my hair is always cut well and the last time, the stylist made me feel like a "new me!" I have been to the one in Garwood but LOVE the Metuchen location and the people there are good stylists, everyone is friendly in spite of how busy it has gotten, especially with this economy,

Some of their stylists are good, but one of them is really rude ! Doesnt even know how to talk ! Today she jumped into a discussion where she wasnt involved and gave real tough time in checking in (in spite that I did check in online) Rude, unprofessional and arrogant ! Ps: Dont really want to put her name on public forum.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND EXPERIENCE! There is a chinese lady who cut my hair miserably and made my side burns uneven ! After blow drying when i got home, it looked even horrible that i had to go to another hair cutting place the next day to fix things up. If you love your hair DO NOT GO TO METUCHEN GREAT CLIPS!

I had hair cut, The service is not that good and they show racism. the fat lady i had the hair cut name was Francesca. She does not had patience at all. Better avoid the place.

Checked in online and still waited an hour and half. The lady was completely cranky because they were shorthanded. Haircuts werent great... but they were cheap.

Very unpredictable and inconsistent in their performance as barbers. Sometimes I am satisfied, most of the times not. Supercuts is better and cheaper
