The salon has an amazing space, up to date and every one was very nice. The lady that I got first asked me what I had wanted to get done, then kept saying that the balayage that I wanted was a lot of work but said she will do it. I ended up with very few but stark highlights throughout my hair which is totally the opposite of what I had asked for and when I asked if she can do more she said that she thought it looked amazing and it was enough. Clearly she could see that I was not happy about it but didnt do anything to make it better. I did not argue because I have never been in that type of situation before and did not know what to say. They ended up charging me $160 for something I did not want. I thought that the service and the outcome was not worth half of what I paid and therefore would not recommend this place.

Do not recommend this place at all!!! I made an appointment with one of the owners Marla thinking she would do a great job. She was working back and forth between me and another girl who was going platinum blonde and was much more focused on her hair that she rushed through mine. My hair was all sorts of different shades and looked orange at the end of the whole balayge process. I had to get a glaze three times!!!! And still they could not get it to be the color I wanted. I also paid extra to get the olaplex treatment incorporated into the bleaching process to which she totally forgot.....Terrible job!!!! Feel obligated to even give the one star I gave them.

Made an appointment the day before for a blow out. Got the appointment slot that was convenient for me. I went for my appointment today. I walked in and the atmosphere is clean new and fresh. Got a great shampoo and was able to relax. Felt the stress of my day melt away as soon as I sat in the chair. Please note that that I have very thick long curly hair. My blowout was awesome. The conversation was light and relaxing. The atmosphere was professional and really up beat. What a great addition to our area. I will definitely go back and tell my friends!
