Since my White Plains Mercedes Benz dealer disclosed to me 3 years ago that I could get my annual pricey maintenance done by a local experienced mechanic for much cheaper, I have been a regular customer at Autoworks in Mt Kisco. The owner Ken is knowledgeable and personable and has integrity and honesty. Ive done everything from my annual maintenance to diesel oil changes. I also bring my VW Jetta Sportwagen here. Ken has even offered to check out any used cars I am testing out to make sure they have no problems. Its weird that the Yelp reviews on Autoworks are so few and far between (and negative). Ive had nothing but good experiences here.

Why I DESPISE the internet - Ken is a great guy, a straight shooter, and they do incredibly high class work - Their diagnostics are better than anywhere I have ever gone - Contrary to the crazy lady review, they have always helped me find parts that were reasonably priced and gave me options of different levels of quality - I am not surprised that he under "internet fire" as he is an independent garage that competes with Audi service (which is way more expensive, less convenient, and not as capable) - trust these guys - they are great!

I had brought an Audi Allroad to Autoworks immediately after I had purchased it (used) because I was sold a lemon. Ken spent hours working to diagnose the many problems the car had and was very helpful in lending advice in my unfortunate situation. I was happy to pay for the one hour of service that I was charged as I am sure much more than one hour was spent diagnosing all the problems with this difficult car. I feel I was done a good deed. Very honest and friendly! Have been a customer for five years and am very happy with the service there. They always take care of any problems to my satisfaction. This is probably why they have been in business for many years in the area and have maintained a good reputation. I always recommend Autoworks to my friends who are looking for a decent mechanic and so far so good. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed and will save money too.

I had an emergency fuel pump failure an hour away from where I live in Connecticut. I had my SAAB towed to Kens shop after talking to him on the phone... He did an excellent job at a fair price. He was completely honest and straight shooting in his dealing with me...Ken built his business on customer trust and loyalty. Although he is far away, it will be worth it to me to continue to bring my car to him... Thanks Ken!

Warning, Kenny loans your car out to his employees to run errands, have lunch or joyride. I waited an hour today to pick up my car and watched as his employees came back in my car without seatbelts on...blasting the stereo and laughing. The owner, Kenny, told me they went out for lunch. This is stealing and unethical. I am very upset. Ken said he was sorry but still took my cash!

Ignore the 1 star review - Ken is the best around - he is old school...works on a hand shake, keeps at problems until they are solved and, yes, someone drives the car around the block before he hands it back to you - I have never had a problem - they have always been fair with prices (much better than the Audi dealership) - like I said...the best.

I always service my VW Cabriolet here. Ken knows what hes doing, hes fair and will tell you exactly what needs to be done if your like me and sometimes have a tight budget. Hes a real stand up guy & I wont go anywhere else for service on my Cabriolet.

I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who is tired of paying too much and not getting good service. They take care of all my cars and have never had a problem. Getting car repairs is less of a headache. Very nice people too.

RECOMMEND! One of the best repair shops in the area. Ken always gives me great service. Cant beat his prices either. Conveniently located so I can drop my car off for an inspection and do some shopping at TJ Maxx. Love this place!!

BMW Experts. Just brought my 325i to Ken to have check engine light diagnosed. He scanned it for free. Brought it back a few days later for repairs and runs great now!
