The first thing that will strike you about North Broadway Automotive is the professionalism and courtesy of the service writers. They all seem like intelligent, well-educated, and friendly gentlemen. They treat their customers respectfully, communicate clearly, and answer questions patiently. I have no complaints about the excellent quality of service. They are very detail oriented -- like checking your oil even if youre just getting a bulb changed -- but it never feels like theyre trying to nickle and dime you. I am a 31-year old woman whose family owned an auto repair shop. I know enough about cars and car repair to know when I am being swindled. Having family in the business, I hate reinforcing the stereotype of crooked mechanics, but unfortunately Ive run into this problem time and time again. At North Broadway Auto, however, I have never felt swindled or cheated. I trust them completely to diagnose and repair my car.
