Unpleasant experience with independent owner and did not provide service requested. Does not accept groupons on weekends. (Not stated in the fine print when purchasing the groupon.) When making the appointment , I specifically requested a stylist that could blow my hair out into curls. She was not able to do so. Between the two issues, owner was not accommodating to a first time client. Corporately owned Smithtown Cactus is my recommendation to anyone in the area.

Asia did amazing hair color and cut! Cassandra created beautiful up-do for the mother of the groom! Serena did wonderful hairstyles for the bridal party. I have a great experience every time I go there! Martha is an amazing owner. Thank you for the best service. Highly recommended for everyone!!! :)

I went there for single color process and a blow out but I could have done a better job myself. The back of my head was still dark, with spots that weren.t covered at all with hair dye, plus the chairs u sit to get ur hair washed r horrible, I almost got paralysed there. waste of time and money

After cutting my own hair for over 10 years, I was nervous to let anyone touch it. Cassandra was my hair dresser and she did an AMAZING job! Could not be any happier with my new bob cut!
