I cannot say enough about how professional, warm and welcoming the stylists and receptionists are at P.J. & Company salon, especially my stylist, Erica. Erica has been doing my hair for the past 5+ years. I am incredibly picky when it comes to my hair and Erica nails what I ask for every single time. She always listens to what I want and delivers it 100 percent. Once Erica started doing my hair, a number of my family and friends have noticed a difference in my hair and have all switched to P.J. and Company to see Erica too. Ericas number one goal is to make her clients feel beautiful. When she is working with a client, her clients happiness is always her number one priority. She takes great pride in her work. I highly recommend Erica and can guarantee that you will NEVER be disappointed!

I decided to try this place because I saw the reviews. My hair dressers name was Erika. I decided to try something knew to my hair and get the balayage instead of the same old foil treatment. When the whole process was done; (end result) I was sooo extremely disappointed. my hair turned out orange and when I asked her what I should do to tone it down she said you dont have to use anything your hair is really fine theres nothing you can do. I asked about what kind of conditioner I should use. She did not guide me as to what type. She was more concerned with other hair dressers (co-workers) why they havent showed up to work yet, and the different personalities. End note: I will NEVER go there again.

High quality service, fantastic professional atmosphere, great products! For the past 8 years Ive had my hair treated in Manhattan and have been reluctant to switch anywhere new, until my friend told me about her amazing experience at PJ & Company with stylist Erica. I scheduled a consultation with Erica and have permanently switched to using her services due to the particular attention, detail, and fresh transformation she gives me each time. Definitely recommend for those seeking high professional standards with their stylist and hair care.

This salon is fantastic!!! The owner Paula does THE BEST colors and cuts!! I have never been disappointed, which says a lot since I am a former Cosmetologist and usually their worst critic. Each and every one of the staff is friendly, professional, and extremely talented! The salon is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. It is very evident that they all take a lot of pride in their careers as well as providing a warm, comfortable atmosphere for their clients! Definitely schedule your appointment....you will not be disappointed!!

I wont go back. People were pleasant, salon beautiful stylist nice but has only one solution - straigten hair. My hair is more wavy rather than curly - she insisted on straightening with a flat iron. It wasnt bad but not great. When I washed my hair and let it go natural, I wasnt loving it. Stylist nicely tried to redo it after agreeing she didnt cut it as well as she could - but it still wasnt right,after less than 5 minutes of redo stylist flounced away. Maybe a different stylist or more likely a different salon.

I love the atmosphere and all of the staff at PJ & Company. Every time I go in, they are always pleasant and know exactly what they are doing. I would never trust anyone else to cut my hair after going to PJ & Company for so long. I recently went in for a change and decided to do highlights. I half described what I wanted to Heather and when she was done, it was better than what I ever would have thought. I would recommend this salon to everyone I know and do refer people quite often!

I switched to Pj & Company a few years ago, after not having much luck in other salons. I have been to many in Fairfield county from Wilton to Westport and Fairfield. A friend pushed me in their direction and I will never go back. Love this salon. Erica is amazing, talented and patient. Always willing to work with my challenging well water hair! She was even the first stylist to figure out that was my issue. Give them a try and you wont be sorry!

PJ & Company Salon does a phenomenal job with what ever you want done to your hair! At the end of my appointments I am truly amazed with the wonderful job my hairdresser there Frank does. Whether it be as simple as a hair cut, or color, highlights etc, it is truly top notch. I have been going there for 4 years and never plan on changing to any other place. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend this place for you next hair appointment.

Ive been going to PJ and Company for a few years. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. I have difficult hair that Ive never known how to maintain, style, or know what to do with. Erica has always done a fabulous job and I get multiple compliments from strangers and friends. Shes the only hairdresser I trust 100 percent with my hair and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Love, love, love my haircut and color every time I go to PJ & Company Salon! Kim is the BEST!! And it is not only for female clientele. I was utterly disappointed in my haircut. I wanted something new, trendy, fresh, and I got the same old thing. I spent way too much money on something that a stylist right out of school can do. I will not be going back there and I would advise the same to anyone who is considering the salon.
