Plain and simply rude no one ask if you need help even though they see you looking around for a product. If you happen to ask for an item they simply say if its not on display we out of it, not even make a little effort to look in back or ask someones else who might know , at least pretend my business is import to you . I am there to spend money.

I wish I had read other reviews about ULTA stores before going there. Not only is their service of poor quality but they are rude to their customers and own employees. Furthermore ULTA stores sometimes refuse to honor their own coupons. I will never shop at ULTA again.

Employees are not friendly. I went there for a return and walked around after. 2 employees were laughing hysterically that the whole store could hear...a little unprofessional in my opinion!

Extremely rude employees. They made my fiancé cry the day before our wedding. Was supposed to hear back from the manager. They never got back to me. Terrible place. Would not recommend.
