This place is amazing! After being disappointed with most of my hair color appointments, I decided to give The L Salon a try. I had called another salon in town and because I didnt know if I wanted partial or full highlights, they dismissed me, and didnt try to help me at all. I dont know what I want! Im not a hairstylist. Thats why Im coming to you. So, I called this salon, and the woman who answered the phone was not only a delight to talk to, she was also incredibly helpful. The salon experience was everything I hoped it would be. Lauren listened to what I wanted, but also let me know that going super blonde isnt easy. She gave me realistic expectations, and I am extremely happy with the results. I look forward to my next appointment!

I was in New Paltz for an engagement shoot and wanted to have my hair trimmed and blown out beforehand. I havent always had the best experiences at hair salons so I was cautious going to a place I havent been, but they had great reviews. They definitely lived up to those reviews. I had Anthony do my hair and he was absolutely wonderful - funny, understanding, and knows how to do a great cut for what suits you. I would recommend him to anyone! While I dont live in the area, I will definitely be coming back here for a trim with Anthony when Im nearby :)

The L Salon is the place to be if you want to be treated like royalty. Lauren does an incredible job on making sure you leave getting exactly what you came in for. She is a perfectionist and loves what she does. The atmosphere is professional, but relaxed and all the stylists cater to exactly what you want. Every employee is so friendly and you will leave with a smile on your face. The salon itself is big, spacious and absolutely beautiful. I wont go anywhere else!

Gorgeous Salon!!!! The owner, Lauren gave me an AMAZING haircut and showed me EXACTLY what to do to style my hair on my own (I can never get it as good as when I leave a salon!). The staff was very attentive and, I ended up booking a facial for next week! I highly recommend this salon!!! Youll get all the benefits and expertise of a high-end NYC salon without having to travel to the city! Love this place-100%!!!
