I went for a wax, manicure and pedicure before vacation. The woman who did the waxing brought someone else into the room to watch which was SUPER uncomfortable. She left bruises everywhere because instead of doing small patches at a time she did large areas and instead of placing the strips vertically she placed them horizontally so my skin was being ripped and pulled in every direction. She had the nerve to leave patches of hair untouched and say well its about 80%, so I think its okay you come back next time. And she is the manager! Another woman did my pedicure and instead of doing a regular pedicure they just started doing the spa pedicure which of course is more expensive. I only found out once I sat down for my manicure. The whole time they kept trying to get me to use a shellac or gel nail polish on my toes and hands, which also would have been more money. I ended up not even letting her finish my manicure because I was so unhappy. I paid what I owed and left without even finishing my manicure, although I probably shouldnt have paid such a large amount considering it was such a TERRIBLE experience. NEVER going back again!!!! Be forewarned.

The work is basic, but the prices are high. The owner is friendly, yet the workers are not. One women complained about the amount of tip I gave her. Unreal! Heres a better tip...treat your clients well and theyll return! Also, the place is uncleanly. For the price youre better off going down the block to a clean and friendly place.

I only go here when there is absolutely no other option because I like neat nails. They mess up every time. They leave a smear or a dot. This pisses me off! I pay too much for that.The pedicures are not what I am use to.

Ilove this place.... Dewan, her husband and Koi are the bomb.... they make it feel like a real spa experience. The place is clean, neat and the girls are fast without rushing you♥♥♥

I had SammY and she did a gel manicure and she did an AMAZING job-I will go to her every time I need my nails done it was amazing
