I tried this salon and unfortunately I have to report that I had a horrible experience. Long story short - I did not receive the services I requested. I asked for highlights however I received a balayage that completely ruined my hair. I am now working with a color correction specialist (and have spent approx. $600) trying to fix the damage that has been done. I spoke to the owner to see if she could compensate me, but sadly she refused. I was told that if I came in sooner she would have tried to correct the issue for me free of charge. I explained that I didnt feel comfortable and already went to a specialist. I asked for a refund for the initial appointment or for one of the color correction appointments. When she said no to both I then asked for a complimentary blow out. I thought that we could start from scratch, but once again she refused showing me just how much she did not care if she kept me as a client or not.

Laura and her team are extraordinary!! Whether its a manicure, haircut, color or smoothing, the end result is of the highest quality. The team is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have found that they always manage to accommodate my needs. Love everyone at the salon, they are like a second family

Needed a "new" haircut (not that the old one was so bad) and stylist, Got a great cut, salon is busy, staff attentive and courteous, stylist created a new "look"for me...many compliments...for the haircut and attention to detail i experienced...other salons have charged twice as much...will return
