Great experience. Love my color and cut. They always work with you to ensure you are receiving the best service with quality products. She always goes over the details with you as she is working and adjust anything to your liking. I am rather particular and she does great work with me. Worst haircut of my life. All I asked for was the back cut and she made the back way longer than my front and cut my front so I cant pull my hair into a pony tail anymore. The back is uneven too, I cant believe how bad this $35 "trim" is.
