I would like to acknowledge NYC Auto Body, their staff and especially their manager Idan for their outstanding dedication to a customer service. I was recently in at NYC Auto Body to have repairs completed on my Toyota Camry after having a very disappointing visit with other Auto body shop. NYC Auto Body was able to get my vehicle in and diagnosed in very little time and came back with a very competitive quote for the auto repair work. After the parts came in they quickly got the car finished and had me back on the road. Their communication was very good, they did a nice job cleaning up the vehicle after the work, and the pricing was very good. All around a great job!

I have been a customer of NYC Auto Body for years. They know me and my car real well. They are my neighborhood car towing service repair shop and I will not go anywhere else. They do anything that I need done and for a fair price. I needed a jump start one morning, or so I thought, and I called NYC Auto Body. A technician came out in a tow truck and told me my battery was no longer chargeable. He showed me with a gauge he had. He was able to replace my battery right on the spot by one phone call. I was really impressed. The car has been starting perfectly ever since.

I was that driver that you see on the morning TV traffic report. Cars were squeezing past me and everyone hated me. The NYPD showed up and waited until a car towing service came. I had hit something big and solid in the road and it took out my steering almost completely. A flatbed towtruck showed up from NYC Auto Body and got me off the highway and back to their shop. They quoted me what I thought was a fair price to fix my front end. My car was ready the following day. I really appreciate by the service from NYC Auto Body. They were on the spot and honest.

I left work late and found that my battery was dead because I had left my lights on. I was the last car in the parking lot and the office building door locked behind me. It was freezing outside. I searched for car towing service in NYC on my phone and found NYC Auto Body 24 hour service. I called and they had a truck to my location in minutes. The tow truck driver let me sit in his truck and jumped my car by himself. I really was impressed by the great service. If I ever need help again I will know who to call.

On October I was involved in an accident on one of the street in New York. NYC Auto Body arrived to tow my car ahead of estimated promised time of 30 min. They helped me to get my vehicle repaired at their facility and saved me money. The mechanic and the craftsmen treated my car like it was theirs. They did a superior repair to my vehicle! You cant even tell my car was damaged. I highly recommend this fast fair and affordable service. Next time I have auto problems I will call NYC Auto Body first.

If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! I love this body shop, and the manager goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is overly satisfied. I have been here twice for service, and NYC Auto Body does not disappoint. Whenever I need something done on my car whether it be a a quick buff, dent fixes, inspection, etc I bring it in to this shop. If you want to leave your car in the hands of workers whom care about the quality of their work, then this is the place to go!

I was driving home late one night and I did not see the water covering the road. I hit it and hydroplaned into a ditch. Fortunately I had my phone to search for car towing and found NYC Auto Body. I called and they dispatched a tow truck with a winch that pulled me out. Fortunately there was no serious damage to my car. The 24 hour service and fast response was excellent and the driver went the extra distance, getting through the weeds in the dark to hook up my car.

I appreciate NYC Auto Body team in not only resolving this problem that I needed my car to be towed very fast, but also they discovered an engine oil leak problem, and also the need to replace rear tires. They have done an excellent job in fixing all the problems for me. It took not so much time due to part delivery and I really appreciate this. I am totally satisfied with the services I received. My car was keyed front to back on both passenger doors. Did not want to go through my insurance and I was referred by a friend to come here. Idan was very helpful and advised me not to go through my insurance and gave me a good price to paint both doors. My car looks back to new thanks to Autobody, my car was also washed inside out when I can to pick it up. I would definitely recommend to go there to work done on your car.

I never left a review before but I had to do this one. A motorcycle hit my car (Lexus 2016) and damaged the entire passenger side both doors, scratched the window, scratched the moldings and my rims. They did a wonderful job, you cannot tell that my car was ever in an accident. Awesome paint job. It was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend NYC Auto Body. Ask for Idan!

When I hit a pothole in NY I needed a tow truck which seemed like it would be a stressful situation. Someone passing by suggested I call NYC Auto Body. I got the number off my phone and called. They were at my car on Columbus Ave in no time and towed my car to the dealer for repair to my front end. I was very happy and relieved by the fast NYC car towing service.

Great place to get your car back on the road. My Dodge Charger 12 was hit by another vehicle and NYC Auto was there bring it back to perfection. They also clean your car so it looks like you just buying it from the dealer for the very first time. If anything was to happen again to my vehicle, I will definitely come back again. When I hit a pothole, and blew out a tire, NYC Auto Body came to help immediately when I called. It was too dangerous for me to change the tire myself along the busy highway. The tow truck driver blocked the lane and did it for me. It did not cost that much either. I really appreciated the excellent roadside assistance provided.
