Absolutely cannot recommend this place; came in for the first time to do an oil change and a tire rotation. Three hours later my car was done but no one called, I had to inquire myself, which is fine. Came back to pick up the car and discovered oil absorbent granules on the grill of the car. Apparently, while changing oil they spilled it all over the engine and tried to unsuccessfully clean up. Now when I drive I contently smell burning oil inside the cabin, not sure how long that will last. Pulled out from the shop only to discover the tires were deflated after the tire rotations. All tires at 27 PSI whereas they have to be at 35. I was told the guy forgot to bump them up, whatever that means. Not a quality place, I would not visit again and would not recommend to others. (Over all of the guy knocked of the price of the tire rotations, but the oil change itself still ended up costing more than a dealerships rate).

I went to them on December 21 with a very loud bumping noise in one of my rear wheels. I asked them to take a look but the counter man ( I didnt get his name) told me it was ice in the wheel. I was skeptical since in didnt sound like that. He reassured me and advised I "park in the sun." After work, I was traveling home and the noise increased. I pulled over, expecting to call AAA when I discovered that the lug nuts on the suspect wheel were all loose. Luckily there was no damage or injury, but I never experienced a shop that refused to take a customer. I will never return to this place. How he has a good reputation in Cliffiside Park is a mystery to me. ( I give it one star because there is no way to give no stars.)

he price of an Oil change at this shop is Crazy and Overpriced!!! My brother drops my car off in the morning for them to perform a oil change with Mobil1 5w-20 synthetic oil in my Dodge Challenger RT V8 engine, which takes about 7-8 quarts. I found out via phone that the price is $135.00 which shocked the hell out of me! When trying to tell them to stop and not do the oil change, they said they already drained the oil.. so i was stuck paying this much.. I understand its more money with synthetic oil but its def not close to $135.00 Other shops Ive gone to charge max $90-95 with the same exact oil.... Never going back to this shop after this crazy incident...

I went here and asked the guy behind the counter a very simple question and asked for his opinion. You would think I asked him to calculate the distance from the Earth to moon in Egyptian kilometers. He kept giving me the same answer without any thought, with a lot of attitude. I tried to be polite, but just a rude dude. It was like dealing with an ape. I cant trust my car to a cave man with a wrench. I took my car to Takas garage off River Road instead and was very happy.

Bob is outstanding. I have never had a problem. He is thorough and answers any questions I may have. I have been going here for three years for both my car and fiances car. The price is always more than fair. Also they are really fast at fixing a flat repair even if the shop is busy. Also, if you go to their website, you can input the type of service that you would like and request a price quote. I found this to be really useful versus other shops in the area.

Im from out of town and hit a pothole that ruined one of my tires. The treads were low anyway so I thought Id better get all four done. I did a quick google search, found the shop, called and they did have my tire in stock. I was on and out in about an hour, everyone was very friendly and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced.

Dont go to these clowns! The guy working the front desk at this place is the rudest piece of trash Ive ever seen. Took my car there once, and he started lecturing me on nonsense and getting all nasty. I told him to give me my keys back and I left. I never went back there again. These people are clowns, and they overcharge WAY too much. Go elsewhere for auto work.

I have to disagree with the other reviews, as I had a great experience here. i had dented my rim and was about to get majorly ripped off by Ace Auto Service (dont go there!) and decided to stop by here for a second opinion. They fixed my rim and a hole they found in my tire for $20, where Ace wanted to charge me $150. It was super fast and im a very happy customer!!

These guys are the best. Moved in across the street a few months ago and got a flat. They fixed me in less than 10 min. Just had to go back today and get a valve replaced....same thing done in less than 25 min!!! Stay away from the big tire places these guys are friendly and reliable!

CRIMINALS AND CON ARTISTS - DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Dont feel like going into details there were so many red flags that I should have known better. My experience was much like below. Its hard to find a good mechanic, things guys took me for a $1000 bucks

These guys are awesome. Every once in awhile my wife or I get a flat, and these guys patch it up in no time, and dont charge an arm and a leg. Tire rotation prices also more than fair. Great neighborhood service. Stay away from the big chain stores, and use these guys.

I take my cars here for tires and tire work and I have not only never had a problem but they were very cool. Let me walk into the shop to talk to the mechanic which some shops freak out about. amazing selection of in stock tires too.
