I went to Meineke to get my brakes change. I was sold on the lifetime warrant brakes. These brakes were so cheap. When they put them on, they were squeaking even more then when I brought my car in to change them. Meineke told me it was normal, that I need brand new rotors to completely stop the squeaking. 4,000 miles later, they were still squeaking like no other. I brought it to different mechanic, got new brakes, and now I’m driving happily squeak free. The mechanic told me, if the brakes were brand new, they shouldnt have looked so thin already. So either Meineke sold me old brakes, or cheap brakes. Either way buyer beware meineke is a waste of money.

I have been using this particular location for 3 years with my 1997 Nissan Maxima. These guys are true professionals who do great work! If you live in Queens and you need work done on your car, especially exhaust work, this is the place to go! I never have to wait long and I am always happy with the work they do and they never over charge...always leave there feeling like I saved.

Horrible experience..every time I come to this guy always tells me come later when I clearly see he has lifts open... Never wants to work on my car because its a q60 Infoniti and its "not easy" (his words) what kind of fake mechanic is this. Garbage. Go somewhere else.

Mike was very helpful and professional. Going to repair shops as a girl I have been riped off before. This place didnt try to "makeup" stuff that was wrong with my car. Mike was honest and did only that was needed for my muffler.
