At first, Jack was very nice and took me in the back to show me the computer and how long each job would take and the pricing for each item. I thought I had finally found an honest mechanic. So I went back about a month ago when my car was overheating. Jack was not there, so I worked with his mechanic. The guy seemed irritated that I was even there. When I asked him when I could expect a call from him, his reply was "Well the longer we stand here, the longer it will take." I let that one go, thinking maybe hes having a bad day. He was an older man, it was hot - we all have those moments. About 2 hours later after not hearing anything, I call the shop and ask for Jack, who I had a pleasant experience with once so I figured hed be just as pleasant. This time, he too was apparently having a bad day. He seemed annoyed with my question about the car and acted as if I shouldnt be asking him anything. Very long story short, after getting "innocently" hung up on thrice (once by Jack, twice by his mechanic - maybe they need better phones) I ended up with over $400 in charges for a water pipe, system flush bc the pipe was rusted, 2 o rings, and a thermostat - which I picked up and paid for myself. So make that $512. I then had to rent a car because they had my car for 5 days. On his bill, I was charged $90 an hour for labor. Mitsubishi charges $95 by the way. I sucked it up, paid the bill knowing I was ripped off but was tired of dealing with them. This would have been fine if yesterday I didnt have the same issue all over again. Frustrated and knowing that Jack and co were not great to deal with to begin with, I took my car to the Mitsubishi dealer. For only $5 more an hour, I had professionals look at it. They confirmed today that there is no way the system was flushed a month ago, and because of this the radiator is clogged and needs to be replaced. I now have a $1000 bill thanks to their incompetence. Please, do not trust this place. They will reel you in with kindness and then rob you and cause more damage!

Asked if they can do a complete flush on my transmission not just a pan drop . The owner jack said yes they have the equipment to do it and they would charge me $100 . I went and bought all the fluids fliters and parts costs me about $300 . I went to have it done and they kept on asking me to come back that it would take a while . I was asked like 3 times . I said ok and came back 2 hours later . They told me everything was done . Then he asked me to $180 and I told him you told me $100 and he started giving me stories that it took 2 hours to do and they charge $95 an hour . He finally said he will take $150 . I was in a rush so I paid it . I parked the car and when I moved it an hour later there was transmission oil all over the floor . I went back to him and when they lifted the car I was horrified there is transmission all over the coming from the trans dipstick . I confronted the worker and he said the computer said to put in 9.5 qt and he was not sure why it was coming out . I asked the worker what was done and he said they basically dropped the pan and changed the filter . I spoke to jack and I was upset I told him I paid you to do a flush not to just drop the pan and he started telling me stories that he couldnt do it that he would need to disconnect the cooler lines . and I said thats fine thats what I paid for I need it done right and then he said he couldnt do it . His worker felt bad because he knew his boss was screwing me . He told me the best way was to empty the pan and take out the extra oil and refill it . We did it and I used another 2 bottles . each bottle cost me about $15 . and when looking at the bottom I can see that he didnt even take the pan off and change the filter. I finally said put my car together and I got out of there . Then he has the audacity to tell me that I need new breaks and it would be $1000 . THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM AND WHEN THEY SEE YOU HAVE A NICE CAR THEY TRY TO UPCHARGE YOU . IF YOU VALUE GOOD WORK DO NOT GO THERE ....

Would never come back to this place again for service. The manager is a douche bag and a crook. Would not work with a customer. I brought my car for a simple inspection and he finds things unnecessary to make money. He said that my tints has to come out and told me to go his buddys auto shop to be removed. I told him that I had this car for 9 years and the tints was factory installed with the legal specs and never had a problem with the tints ever since. Obviously, I did not agree to that and I took my car out of that of the shop and brought it someplace else. The car passed inspection with flying colors and no issues. Unfortunately, I had to pay this shop the inspection fee even though he did not pass the inspection. And most of all, the manager was rude and ridiculous for not accepting a VISA card for inspection payment because he said, it was a State inspection and has to be paid in cash which totally unheard of even though he has sticker signs on the door for credit cards. When I brought my car to the other shop, they took my credit card payment no questions asked. Unless, you want to waste your time and money, bring your vehicle over there. Thats all I need to say.

These people have a serious problem interacting with their customers. I went there to see a car that I was interested in purchasing. This guy named Bob asks me if Im interested and I reply that I am. I tell him that I plan to purchase a similar car within the week and what is the best price he can give me. He gives me a price thats at least $5,000 more than what similar cars go for and this car is only worth $15,000. He turned very nasty when he found out that I did my research and knew that the quote he gave me was bs. I called up a friend to run the VIN from the car and found out the guy was lying to me about the accident history of the car. He then badgered me to give him my name, phone number and address. I asked him what it was for and he replied it was for records... wasnt too sure what records. When I denied to give him my name he turned so nasty and started questioning me as if I was a criminal asking why I didnt want to give him my full name. I thanked him for showing me the horrible quality of the dealership early, before I actually purchased a car from them and left.
