Ben & Nino Towing was dispatched by Avis roadside assistance at 9pm after I contacted Avis because my rental vehicle sustained a flat tire in NYC. There was no spare with the vehicle so towing was the option of choice from Avis. Avis instructed the towing company to pick up a car for me from Newark Airport. I received an email that the towing company would deliver a vehicle and pick up the vehicle with the flat by 11:30 pm. At midnight I contacted Ben & Nino to find out their ETA. Ben & Nino explained to me that they were at LaGuardia Airport and that Avis had no cars. When I asked why they went to LaGuardia and not Newark as instructed, the tow company proceed to tell me they would not go to Newark and bad mouth Avis. I called Avis back and they informed me that LaGuardia had a vehicle and that the tow company went to the wrong counter. Avis called the tow company back. I called the tow company back also and was informed that "they had wasted enough of their time at LaGuardia" and were "dropping the tow ticket". He left LaGuardia and I never heard back from him. Everyone has bad days, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but this gentleman (I use the term loosely) was unprofessional, miserable, and ugly from the start. At midnight, I had to start the process all over again. I would not recommend this towing companys service.

I have been using Ben & Nino Auto Repair as my primary repair shop for the past 3 and 1/2 years. I am very lucky to have found them, since they are the best crew of mechanics that I have ever encountered. Matthew, René (the main mechanic who has worked on my car), George, and some mechanics whose names I dont remember, are all extremely knowledgeable and skillful. In addition, the office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I have sometimes used other repair shops during this period of time, for reasons of convenience, but these others – even some very good ones that deserve the high ratings that I gave them – are not, as far as I can tell, quite as good as Ben & Nino.

The snow was not so nice to me this time. I unfortunately got into and accident and had to get my car towed. Since I had never gotten my car towed before I was quite nervous. A friend of mine who has a workshop recommended me to Ben and Nino. I called them and let me tell you first of their customer service was beyond amazing. The representative on the phone was so helpful and patient with me. Then their tow truck was there in less than half hour which was awesome because Ive heard companies take an hour to 2 hours to show up. So that was a relief. They people towing my car were super friendly and made this horrible time a bit easier for me. Thank you Ben and Nino.

This is not your typical Brooklyn repair shop. Your car will be ready when they say itll be ready and at the price that they quoted. The quality of the work is the biggest reason to go here though. My car was returned to me as if factory fresh and they even washed it for me and did my NY State inspection (which had expired and I was putting off). Top notch service from start to finish. Im glad I found this place.

My car broke down 2 days ago late night in midwood Brooklyn and after calling numerous companies and waiting for more than 2 hours I called Ben and Nino towing and they were able to come pick my car within 20 mins. They took it to the workshop I asked them to take and charged me a reasonable amount. I hope my car doesnt break down again but if it did in Brooklyn I will know who to call now.

Ben and nino are awesome! I was so upset when my car broke down. I was panicked but when my insurance company connected me to Ben, It was all fine after that. Their customer service is simply great. They communicate so well throughout the process and they were at the location literally in 20 mins or less. They were very gentle with my car as well. I love this company.

I just recently had my car fixed from these guys and I couldnt be happier. I was afraid they would over charge me and point out a gazillion more issues like every other mechanic shop but these guys were so honest and they fixed my car in only a day. The most miserbale and unprofessional service Ive ever received in my life. Called them for a tow and received an eta of 65mimutes. They never showed up after 3 hours. Had to hire another company. Would give them less than one star if i could. Disgusting
