Okay...the overall service is ridiculous. I just went there to buy 1 tire and it took me about 30 minutes. There were like 4-5 workers, and 3 customers. First I waited on line because there were 1 person in front. Understandable. Then when its my turn this young lady ask for my tire size. A minute later, she went and chit chat with her co-workers and completely ignore my order. Then 3-4 minutes, she comes back and do my order. I was like" WTF, do my order then chit chat". After she completed my order she telephone someone to get my tire out. So I waited for my tire, and 10 minutes passed, no tire came out. While I wait, shes chatting with coworkers and know that I was just standing there waiting. Then one of the mechanic came to the storefront and this lady asked him where the tire is - the mechanic DID NOT even know an order has been requested. Again, WTF, I been waiting for nothing!!! So the mechanic went to back of the store and get the tire, which take another 5 or more minutes. NOT COMING BACK

this auto center has more then 10 lift and alot of worker in the back. its suppose finish the job fast. but took me 4hrs to get my car back for install 4 tires .the problem was this place has only 2 counter person thats working super slow. took 15mins to get on line another 15mins to take the customer info .then who knows how long for them to do data entry .wait for the print out. and not yet finish. walk uto the car to inspect .take the vin# and all kind of stuff . omg .ithought i went to the dmv by mistake .take more then 3 hrs for 15 mins jobs. and also dont need to ask them about how long is it going to take. because they will turn to be a answer bot. ( min wait time 2hrs. we need to do the customer infront first. ) hope this help U. thx 4 reading.

This is the worst Sears Ive ever been to. I called to get info to see if they had a tire in stock and was told they do...when I got there it was the right brand, but style. I know I have a special order tire so why didnt they check it in their system about my tires....I will never know. Even better yet they are auto and tire experts you would think the person wouldve noticed it was placed on backwards. And I was told it would be awhile in order to get the tire placed on the right way.......sad very sad. If you have hours to kill go there and beware. Ive seen the past bad reviews and I shouldve listened. Bring a monopoly game trust me. THEY NEED TO PUT UP A GLASS WINDOW IN THE WAITING ROOM TO SEE OUT ON THE SHOP BAY AREA.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE EVER. SLOWEST WORKERS I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND 3 - 5 HOURS OR MORE TO CHANGE YOUR TIRES, GO AHEAD ! ANY TIME ANY DAY OF THE WEEK ITS SLOW SLOW SLOW AND GETTING SLOWER. WOULD NEVER COME ANY WHERE CLOSE TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. ALSO PRICE ON THE TIRES MAY SEEN GOOD BUT WHEN YOU COME TO THE STORE AND ISTALL THEM THERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANOTHER 70 $OR 80$ FOR INSTALLATION. AND NEVER BUY ANY WARRANTY ON ANYTHING. EVEN IF YOUR TIRES BLOWS AFTER A WEEK , THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR WARRANTY BACK AND WILL MAKE UP SOMETHING. OR IF WILL DO WHEEL ALLIGHMENT AND SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG YOUR WASTED YOUR MONEY. IN ANOTHER WORDS never never and never come this place.

I am giving five stars mostly because of my interaction with Crystal McBurnie. Sears Auto Center is reliable and their warranties are the best. However, Crystal is the best customer service person I have encountered in a long time. Sears always provides excellent service, but she was a few cuts above! A thorough, knowledgeable, quick thinking problem solver, she gave me several options on how to get my car serviced. She did everything with a smile and was so endearing. I didnt mind the long wait on line once I started working with her. Give her a raise and a promotion. She completely reinforced my decision to keep coming to Sears!

Wow! Admittedly, I didnt have high hopes in route to Sears Auto but that all changed when I got to the counter and Crystal introduced herself. She listened to my needs, addressed them confidently and knowledgeably and before I knew it I was processed with just enough wit and banter to keep me smiling. My vehicle was up and ready to go way faster than I expected with an extensive diagnostic report that went above and beyond. Much more than I expected. Crystal if everyone in customer service aspired to your standards the world would be one step closer to perfection, and for that I thank you and the entire staff.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! This is the WORST place in the History of Auto Centers. They constantly botch the work that they are suppose to correct and always have a story to make it seem as if you/the car is the reason for the problem. Ive been becoming to this place for years and finally had enough of their Fraudulent ways!!! They are all friends at this place and will RIP YOU OFF!!! the "MANAGER" is terrible and rude and serves no purpose whatsoever. Sears Co. Needs to Investigate this place too much fraud is going on!

Follow up to a previous post. After waiting close to an hour to buy 2 tires which i knew were already were in stock I decided to just take them and install them at Firestone on empire and Bedford. The customer service agents took 15 minutes just talking to each other. They tried to up sell me and they botched this ladys repair. They stripped her tire bolts, told her she needed to replace it then conveniently offered a "discount" to mask the messed up job.

I was at sears auto center in Pittsburgh and felt like they were misleading me and forcing me to purchase an oil I didnt need at the moment. I just so happend to call sears auto center in Brooklyn and I spoke to a very polite and intelligent women named crystal who defended me and made feel safe and also at ease. I just want to thank her so much for sticking up for me, she also taught those guys a thing or 2 about oil changes.. thanks again crystal!!!!!

I bought a groupon to this place. I made an appointment since that was part of the instructions. I showed up for my appointment, waited on line for 30 minutes, they didnt listen when I said I had a groupon so they rang me up like normal and said they were busy and it would take 3 hours for an oil change. When I reminded them of the coupon they said the could just take the amount I paid for it off the total. This place is poorly run and scummy. Avoid it.

My wife and I visited Sears Auto Center on 10/31/16 for a charging system check and tire rotation. Crystal M., and her team of mechanics, were very helpful in diagnosing and resolving the problem. Yaffat (not sure of the spelling), one of the mechanics, was very respectful and showed us exactly the cause of the issue. We were done in under two hours. Very happy with the service received. Thank you again Crystal M. and team for a job well done!
