If you’re looking for a quick, reliable, and affordable experience, iRepair, Inc. on 65 Broadway is the way to go. Point # 1: Reliable. Brian and Tony, the two guys that run the place, are absolute gems. They are down-to-earth, friendly, and most importantly, understanding. They understand that if you need something repaired, you would ideally like to go to iRepair just one time and never have to go back, because they want you to be satisfied with the repair and they work hard to ensure your satisfaction. And of course, if something does go wrong, they are more than happy to take care of it if you bring it back (they also have a 60 day warranty on all their repairs, so that’s always good). Any questions you have, they’ll put themselves in your shoes & answer openly & honestly. If you don’t need something or you can use an alternative, they’ll be real & honest about it. Just give them a call. Point #2: Quick & Affordable. As an active college student at NYU, Im always running around here and there, so accidents happened and things (unfortunately) cracked/broke. Fortunately, though, I had the pleasure of calling up iRepair, who offered the best price in town for a new front screen on my HTC My Touch 4G. First was this broken front screen, then the screen on my HP laptop just straight up stopped doing what it was supposed to (it just would remain black even though the laptop itself was functioning properly…turns out something was wrong with the graphics chip), and finally, the battery on my laptop & cellphone needed some replacement. Brian & Tony took care of all of these things in a timely fashion (the front screen on the phone was taken care of within the hour that I walked in), and they made sure to do a good job with it. Believe it or not, I have even learned a lot about technology & electronics from my visits to iRepair on 65 Broadway. As for affordability, these guys are literally the cheapest in town, and I don’t know if they know that, but I’m sure that even if they did, they wouldnt change this aspect of their business because quite simply put, it works. iRepair, Inc. is the epitome of “bang for your buck.” Highly recommend.

All I can say is this guy fixed my phone for free. Basically while I was away in Texas, I dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I had the screen fixed in Texas. When I returned to NYC, I made my first phone call since the repair and noticed right away that the sound through the earpiece speaker was messed up. The sound was distorted and "tinny". So something must have happened when the Texas people were repairing my screen. I brought it to iRepair and basically the speaker just needed to be reseated. It must have moved out of place when the Texas people put the phone back together. Really all that needed to be done was to open the phone and close it back up. The whole process took five minutes and iRepair didnt charge me anything for it. I can totally see others charging me at least $10 or something. So I have to say thank you and give a high mark for these guys. Definitely coming back here if I ever need a repair.

I am very unhappy with the service I received at iRepair. I took my iPhone 3GS in for a new battery and was told it would have to be ordered but in a few days it was ready. When I picked it up I did not test it and just left it in my backpack for a couple weeks. When I did test it it did not turn on. I tried charging the phone but it would not hold a charge. I took it back to iRepair and was told the new battery had failed because it was not charged right away when installed. This is a dry cell battery. I know a wet cell battery will go bad if not kept charged but this is not true of a dry cell. This was pretty lame. I paid $38 for the new battery & installation. The phone does not work. I even asked if I could get a credit towards the battery replacement of my iPhone 4S but was told no. I am not a satisfied customer.

The one day I take my phone out of the Otter Box, I drop the poor sucker face first on a marble floor. The screen crack was more than superficial - it was cracked underneath the top glass. Total bummer, thought the phone was a goner (or I had to deal with Apple Care, meh). iRepair saved the day. I dropped the phone off at their 65 Broadway location at lunchtime and came back a few hours later. The phone was fixed, as good as new for $50. Cut me a break on another case, too. All the folks in the office are professional and accommodating, too, so this really is a great deal. Highly recommend if your phone is busted. Go here first before anything else.

In many ways, these guys are a gift. I found them through Groupon and they happened to be right near where I live. Pros: FAST service. They fixed my iPhone 5c screen in less than 30 min! They also agreed to meet me 30 min. before closing time. Very simple process overall. Cons: Their hours on the web say theyre open until 7pm. They closed at 6pm. It took 24 hours to receive a call back about getting an appointment. Overall, nice people, they fixed my phone for a Groupon rate, and FAST. Cant really beat it. Hope my screen lasts!

Very good service and very nice. Make sure you make an appointment prior to drop off . The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they are extremely slow when it comes to repair . It might have been due to the fact that j didnt have an appointment but Ive been to another location similar to this one and my friend had his screen replaced on his Samsung Galaxy in minutes . I mean they were so fast that by the time he was done with paper work he had a new phone . I would come here again

My iPhone 5 screen was SHATTERED, worse than ive ever seen (and Ive broken a lot of iPhones). Apple told me the screen couldnt be replaced because the damage was so bad. I found this place on Google, it had great reviews and was nearby my office so I decided to give it a try. The price was very reasonable and they even offered me a discount to fix the sleep/lock button as well. My phone was ready in 30 mins and looked as good as new!

These guys fixed my broken iPhone screen today. It was ready in 15 mins and only cost $80, which is $20 less than I paid to get my screen fixed at Dr. Brendans last time I broke my phone. The guy who works there was very friendly. Only negative comment is that the place was kind of hard to find, since it is on the 8th floor of a big office building. Other than that, the place is great.

I had my sisters laptop fixed here, after it shorted out due to vomit damage (dont ask). I thought it was gonna run pretty expensive since there was liquid damage on the motherboard, but they managed to get it up and running for only 160 bucks. And now my sister can stop stealing my laptop away while Im asleep. Definitely recommend coming here!
