Microsoft Files Lawsuit Against a Cinnaminson Company Alleging Distribution of Infringing Software As part of Microsoft Corp.s commitment to honest and legitimate resellers in the channel, the company filed a lawsuit against a Cinnaminson company for the alleged distribution of infringing Microsoft software. Microsoft responded to a lead to Microsoft’s piracy hotline – 1-800-RU-LEGIT – by gathering evidence against the alleged infringer through a test purchase done by a “secret shopper.” This program enables the company to purchase and test the authenticity of software in the marketplace. The lawsuit against CPS Computer was filed on October 30, 2007, alleging the distribution of infringing Microsoft software to an investigator, according to the complaint. The defendant was sent a Cease and Desist letter by Microsoft about infringing activities prior to the lawsuit being filed Filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey Microsoft Corp. v. CPS Computer (Cinnaminson, New Jersey), alleging distribution of infringing Windows XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro software. Case No. pending . I was a victim with 4 computers, , Great service, but software Not all times the Real Deal.

I took my laptop to get the cd drive repaired I was not sure if it was a driver or the physical drive itself. He (a very rude Asian man I assume the owner) said he could also update the ram ( I said I think it was maxed out according to the specs) he said no it wasnt. Anyway the physical drive was bad. They are about 60 bucks at most. They take about 2 minutes to put in. He quoted me a price of 110? not sure why but I said okay. I go to pick it up he states he tried to update ram but it didnt take but he had to charge me the labour fee. He wouldnt give me my computer till I gave him 180 bucks for a 60 dollar cd drive and 2 minutes labour. Please stay away from this shyster

I took my computer there to be serviced and they couldnt fix what I asked them to, but they nicely put in all the parts that I asked them to charged me a hundred and fifty to do it at that. It was only then that I went up the street to A.A computers right across from SamsClub and then they fixed my computer and put all new parts in it. Id suggest this place if you want parts in your computer, but what the hell is a computer with the best parts money can afford if it doesnt work at all? Youre better off taking it to a real computer engineer at A.A computers. They fixed my computer within a day, this place took the a couple weeks to do it. Crummy service at that as well.

Do not go here!!!!! Warning!!!!! They will destroy your property. I went for a simple screen replacement on a Ipad. A month later it still was not fixed so I went to the store to get it and they ended up breaking my motherboard while trying to remove the screen! Instead of calling me and telling the issue at hand they actually tried to dodge hoping Id give up. Im now out of $650 because Robert Yuen (The owner) will not own up to his mistake and pay me. Working on taking the matter to small claims court. They do not care about their customers and will get over by any means necessary!! Please avoid!

Ive now used this company 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years. Each time their work is outstanding. They simply know what they are doing. Very professional, up to date with technology and darn fast at getting work done. They have diagnostic software most users dont have and quickly solved a virus problem I had. Ill definitely be back there in time of need and will have them build my next computer. Thanks again to a great group.
