I brought my laptop in because the screen kept flashing white. After about a month or so, I picked up my laptop. I came home to find that the touch pad had no response whatsoever, so I send it back in to be repaired. Then, when I get it back, the back-lit keyboard no longer works. Finally I send it in AGAIN and that problem is fixed. However, I noticed since part of my screen was replaced, it made a cracking noise when I closed the laptop. I thought it was just making that noise because it was a new part, and of course I would never think of bringing it back again since you ALWAYS seemed to mess something else up. Well now the back of the screen of my laptop is CRACKING and is making an extremely loud noise when I try to close the screen. It appears that the entire back part is coming off of my laptop. Which I know, was the fault of this "company" because I am extremely cautious when I handle my laptop, and it was the part that you guys replaced. I am extremely unhappy and now I need to pay more money to get it fixed all because you cannot properly inspect hardware before returning it to the customer.

In short: Had a few complications that were all dealt with at no additional charge. In an attempt to repair my S6 Edges camera, I completely damaged the actual glass on the camera. When I took it there they ordered the part and called me when it was ready. Turns out they ordered the wrong part, ordering the camera glass rather than the actual camera. Right away the actual camera is ordered for no additional charge, and then repaired when it gets delivered a few days later. After it being repaired my headphone jack stopped, working I was on a trip so I couldnt come until two weeks later to talk about it. A new board for the headphone jack is ordered as well. Soon after my phone wouldnt turn on all together so I left it in their hands. Now my phone works flawlessly with a new camera, and headphone jack bring functional all at no additional cost or struggle after the initial camera cost + service fee. Great service and will definetly be go to place for any electronic repair needs.

Well they had fixed my computers in the past and did a good job. This time I was looking around for a for a new computer, a fast one that I could play my games on. I looked everywhere and no one could give me what I wanted. Most said take it like this or leave it. I remembered Brad at the Gadget Doctors had told me once that he had built a computer for someone so I went there and asked him to build one for me just like I wanted, custom made. Well we decided on the price range then he showed me pictures of what he would build for me then he DID it! A great computer it is too. Fast and has everything I wanted and needed. I was lucky to have found the right man to build me a computer and I am very happy with it. GOOD WORK BRAD thats why YOU are my computer man! You have all my business from now on and also any other gadgets that break down around the house.

I am extremely disappointed with the interactions Ive had with UR Gadget Doctors. I brought in my MacBook Pro with water damage for a second opinion, in hopes that they could work a miracle. I wasnt disappointed by the fact that it could not be saved; rather, by the lack of communication throughout the diagnostic process. I had to continuously reach out for information regarding my repair. Brad, one of the senior technicians, proved to be extremely discourteous. In a conversation regarding my repair, he told me that he "didnt have time" to relay pertinent information to me as he is busy and has other devices to work on. The office has extremely poor communication and customer service skills and failed to even give an estimate or update on charges they were billing. I would not recommend doing business here.

I have utilized Ur Gadget Doctors for about a year now. I have utilized Nortons and McAfee. Neither of those products ever kept my computer running as smooth as Ur Gadget Doctors. I have my own business and #1, I cant afford to have my computer go down and #2, I dont have the time to go through the diagnostics, scans and processes that you have to do with them. Ur Gadget Doctors does it all for me without me having to deal with it. Once I felt my computer running a little slow. I called them up. Within 30 minutes, I was running smooth again. They are responsive and I can get a REAL person on the phone without taped messages and pressing 1 for this and 5 for that (I hate that). They solve the problem on one call. Well worth the money.

My experience was EXCELLENT! I had an old iPhone 3 which needed its battery replaced. I took it to Ur Gadget Doctors and was pleasantly surprised that they fix (replaced the battery) and did it while I waited. This was an older phone but they had the replacement battery and they got the phone working in a matter of minutes. They suggested I leave the repaired phone with them overnight so they could make sure it would function properly for a long time period and properly charge. I followed their suggestion and the phone is still working well and I have had no issues! Plus the attitude of the technician I interfaced with also was EXCELLENT! She was helpful in every way possible.

This place was recommended by a friend so I had high hopes about it, my computer wouldnt start up correctly and I was running out of ideas so I went here and they got my computer back to me fixed but they charged $200 to get my hard drive reformatted and a new power supply. The hard drive is working fine but the power supply died on me recently because it was faulty and I got it from them, they also "threw" away my power supply when I could have used it for my other PC since it wasnt even broken. I do NOT recommend this place at all, go to the Geek Squad or anywhere but here to ensure you get what you pay for.

I cannot say enough about Ur Gadget Doctors. They have come through for me in my personal laptops as well as my husbands business desktop. Business computers cant wait and they got right on it. They have removed viruses, made my computers work more efficiently and in one case helped with more memory. I have recommended them to two individuals so far and will do so again and again when asked. They are fast, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. You wont regret contacting them.

I brought my iPad mini to have the cracked screen repaired. They replaced the screen and within a month, the seal had broken and the screen had lifted. I took it back to Ur Gadget Doctors and they refused to fix stating that a piece was broke under the seal and that if they sent back to the company, they wouldnt be reimbursed. That is not problem! The seal should not have come apart allowing for the screen to be lifted. BE AWARE and take your business elsewhere! TRUST ME, I wish I would have!
