I was in Princeton recently on business, when I had an accident with my IPhone 6s. While loading my luggage in then car at the hotel I received a call and while trying tom get my phone out of my pocket, it slipped and landed on the concrete. When I picked it up I could see that some of the screen was black and it had multiple colors on the screen. The fingerprint sensor worked but the touch was not working. I was in a panic as I had clients to meet. So I asked the hotel clerk to look up a repair place nearby, she did a Google search and told me about Digital Doc. So I went to the store and asked if it was possible to fix the phone and even if it was, whether I would get it back the same day, as I had to fly back home in the evening. He told me not to worry and he would be able to get it done by noon. I must admit I was worried as I have never broken my phone ever before. I left the phone and came back to pick it up about 1:30, it looked perfect. The man asked me if I wanted a tempered glass with so that if it happens again it will not break my screen. I said go ahead. Bottom line these guys did a fantastic job, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank You!!

I visited this place last summer when it first opened when my Macbook Pro screen had a crack. I was clumsy enough to not shut it properly and left it on my bed (which I recommend never do) and cracked it while trying to close my laptop. Anyways, Josh was very kind and helpful and we had a great conversation. Since it was a Macbook, they needed to order a protective screen replacement and I had to give in a deposit for it which wasnt an issue cause I was currently working. Less than a week later, Chris called and told me that my laptop was ready and the screen looked as brand new. Im so happy to have found this place considering its near my home and job. The price for it was reasonable too. Id definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a good tech repair store and may have issues with their electronic devices. They both are very helpful and know how to talk with their customers. Josh even gave me his business card and one year later, I still have it to this day.

First let me start by saying that I rarely give a 5 star rating as it is my belief that there is always room for improvement however, my experience with Chris was AWESOME! I dropped off my iPhone 6 with a shattered screen. Chris not only fixed my phone in less than an hour but had the screen for my model in stock! He also installed a new screen protector. The cost to repair my clumsiness was reasonable compared to AT&T advising me to go to the mall to have it fixed. Chris was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Digital Doc to assist in any of your digital needs as they terrific!
