Russ and Kathy are friendly and knowledgeable people. They know computers, and they are extremely helpful. When they fix a computer, its fixed. Bright Hill Press has purchased computers from them, and Russ has worked with us to install wireless systems and other devices. Were grateful they are here!

Work was done fine but the woman up front has some attitude and is not helpful. I understand that computer repair is a niche market in Oneonta but customer service will drive some to albany if they have a better experience. Learn to be helpful and drop the cant be bothered attitude.
