Over 4.5 long hrs of aggravation and Verizon still not able to restore my backed up contact info into the temporary phone, needless to say I was ever so frustrated and swore never again to be in this predicament. The following morning I decided to try "CPR". Dave listened to my predicament , took my damaged phone, clearly explained in detail what to expect and asked me to wait a few mins so they could take a closer look. Within 5-10 he spoke a bit more optimistically with regards to my phone and told me they would get right to work on it if I wanted. I received a call from Sean within an hour of leaving phone, they got it back up and functioning, backed up all my data and my damaged iPhone was fully operational and without any further delay I could resume my business(im in the RE business and store ALL CONTACTS IN THAT PHONE IN ADDITION TO OTHER RE RELATED apps and programs. This service is absolutely invaluable , especially in todays world, where time is so valuable and people multitasking, on business calls as they drive, working remotely, etc, etc.. I am absolutely "SOLD" ON CPR. MY EXPERIENCE WAS TREMENDOUS AND MY CO-WORKERS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL ALL BE TOLD ABOUT CPR AND THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS. Today its so hard to find a business or service that understands the customers needs or urgency for the service(s) they provide, a statement that CPR does in fact "GET IT", THEY PRACTICE IT. Great job and a big "THANK YOU VERY MUCH DAVE AND SEAN, YOUR EFFORTS SURELY ARE APPRECIATED!!! "CPR" LEVITTOWN IS AWESOME DUE TO THEIR OUTSTANDING TEAM ! VERY SATISIFIED, HAPPY CUSTOMER, MIKE B."

If I could give it No stars I would. Stay away, go take your money to a reputable repair service center!!!!! I dropped and cracked my iPhone 6 screen and took it here to have them replace, they made me wait all day and the following day I noticed the screen was peeling up OFF of the phone! I take it back, they tell me it will be the afternoon, pick it up looked ok, went home and see the "ripple" under my screen. The led screen has a ripple, isnt laying flat and theres an odd color coming from the top of the screen. The franchise owner refused to repair, called the owner and originator, he tells me to bring it back, they will put the original broken screen back on my phone and give me my money back. The day after I spoke with him, guess what, the second screen they put on my phone is lifting off the phone, I took it to a reputable company who fixed it in front of me, but sneakily walk behind a wall and am out the $160 I paid to this place. Please, save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else!!!

I was in much need of repair to my iphone 6 due to light water damage and a cracked screen only in the corner. I asked about the cracked screen repair and was told theres no guarantee. They indicated they could not help with the water damage and suggested Verizon has a machine that evaporates water. I told him, I am not an Verizon customer. He said anyone can use Verizon services for a fee. Of course, this was a lie. Verizon does not help customers off the street without a Verizon account. Verizon told me to go back to CPR, which was a waste of time. IF theres an machine that evaporates water, Id suggest CPR spend the money for the machine instead of turning away customers when their distraught over a phone that really needs CPR!!!

I went here to have my battery replaced on my iPhone 6. The guy there took the time to look at my phone and try to figure out my battery issues without charging me. He even suggested to try to return the phone to the place I bought it from since there was still a warranty. Most places would probably want to make fast money and just replace the battery. He spent about twenty minutes with me looking at my phone without making a dime. The store is very clean and professional and very nice staff. I will definitely go here if I ever need repairs done in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received at CPR in Levittown. My tablet and cell phone both were in need of repair or replacement. After hearing their comments on my phone, I decided to replace it. CPR said they could diagnose and repair my tablet which they did in a very short period of time. They were courteous and able to help me with my communication devices and issues. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an honest opinion.

This was my first time going to CPR. Jim M was the rep helping me. He was SUPER NICE, HELPFUL and HONEST! Although things didnt go as planned, Jim said my sons phone, that went through the wash and dryer, was pretty much trash and not worth fixing. I did however was able to purchase a used phone the same exact model as the trashed one for a $100.00! Thanks CPR! You made my life much easier today!

This place is a total ripoff they dont known what there talking about way overpriced just unbelievable if I was you I would go to to a different phone repair store they take your phone for a total week and when you get your phone back the phone is not even fixed and they think that your still supposed to pay them this place is just so unbelievable just take my advice and dont come to this place

The reviews on angies list work correct. Do you guys want a ridiculous amount of money to replace a broken piece of glass on a cellphone. They quoted $275 to to replace the broken glass on my cell phone. Please note that the actual LCD worked just fine, and was not broken. Thats an awful lot of money for a $10 part and one hour of labor. No thank you!

Had a great experience with my phone repair! Had damage from dropping it.Was extremely satisfied with the speed and quality of the repair. Dealt with Jim who was very helpful in helping me pick out a better phone case and even threw in a free glass screen protector!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!! I went to get my charge port inspected as well as my cord. Turns out they both needed to be replaced, which I suspected from the start. It was to my understanding the cord was to be replaced for free, however I was given a different explanation. Later on in the day it was discovered that my battery needed to be replaced.

This place really knows how to diagnose and fix mobile devices! I saw the back room of the store and it reminded me of TV scenes from a CSI laboratory. It had sophisticated equipment with a work crew deep in knowledge and experience. The Owner is very focused on providing top-notch customer service.

Customer Service is excellent! All of the staff were very friendly and respectful. Vast amount of knowledge on all devices. They brought my I Phone 6 Plus back to life. Prices are really reasonable, based on what problems you may have. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
