These guys were great! I was in town on business and my tablet keyboard had a key pop off. Best Buy said they couldnt help me with it, and Samsung couldnt either (without me sending it in, which is crazy since I need it for work). These guys took me as a walk in, and in 20 minutes I was out the door. Im in the area frequently, and should something come up again, this isnt the first place I stop - its the ONLY place Ill stop. Thanks Jerome! (and other nerd guy too!). :)
