I hired Roberts contracting to renovate my home 2014/2015. I used every service Roberts offers aside from a sun room. The project in the end came out wonderful and i have been told my home is the best looking in the neighborhood thanks to the work performed by Roberts. We initially had some issues with the workmanship and communication of Roberts Contracting. The only reason i bring it up is because when Mr Roberts himself found out he was extremely helpful and fixed every aspect of the job and did not stop until we where 100% happy in every aspect of the job at hand. In the end i am happy with all aspects of the job. Mr Roberts also stuck by his warrantys and made sure they where addressed. That says a lot to me especially with the storys you here about some contractors never returning for repairs or warrantys. The prices i received where fair and competitive.Communications with Mr Roberts where excellent and i was always called back as promised. I was also informed ahead of time when work was being scheduled. The work crews where friendly and clean leaving no extra clean up for me. products used where quality and color designs and patterns where matched perfectly. I am very happy how the project came out and can recommend Roberts contracting to you. If your looking for a contractor to be there rain or shine till the end call Roberts contracting you really wont be disappointed Thank you Mr Roberts for all your kindness and hard work! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They did not honor their window contract even when it was their fault. They ordered the wrong size and said they did not realize how much work was involved with installation. Contract was for $1,445 and I gave a $500 nonrefundable deposit. After his mistake, he wants to charge $2,700. If I voided the contract, they would have kept my deposit. Should I have to pay for their mistake? I think not!!!! UPDATE 2/9/16:Kevin Roberts, you did get two things correct in your response. 1. We are not a good fit to do business with each other. 2. You did refund my deposit. The deposit happened after your company ordered the wrong size window. During our conversation, you admitted your rep under estimated the work involved and the new price will be $2,700 from $1,445 (price of what contract stated). You stated in your response that you did your best to accommodate me. I guess the accommodation was charging me more money than what the contract stated. Also, you stated I waited 72 days to write a misleading review. We came to your office and left messages with your staff, calls where never return. I am stating the facts of what happened with my dealings with your company. So can you tell me how am I misleading? E:

I had a great experience with Roberts contracting. My roof was leaking into my bathroom. I called Roberts they came out and evaluated the job. Told me what day they where going to come. Called me the day before to confirm. The next day I went to work and came home later that day. You would have never of guess they where there. I had a new roof with no mess! They did a very clean job! (The ply wood on the roof had to be replaced from warping and shingles removed). They also fixed my siding on the top side of the house that ripped off days before during high winds. I never asked them to do that, they just fixed it because. I am very greatful for that. He also had financing on the spot which saved me taking time off work to go to the bank. I highly recommend Roberts they made it so easy for me!

I had my new roof installed by Roberts Contracting in July 2012. This project was planned with great diligence by Roberts Contracting and their pricing is very competitive. They started and finished the project on schedule (all within a day). I am very satisfied for my new roof. For their great job, I again called Roberts Contracting to install a new vinyl siding in October 2012. Robert Contracting presented again their detailed plan, options and advice for new siding. Again, the price is very competitive compared to other services. Once again, they did an excellent job. My house looks completed new! I would highly recommend Roberts Contracting to all my friends.

I work for a well known doctor in Newburgh. Roberts Contracting. installed our Roof and it came out great, Not only did the roof come out super the entire experience was terrific. They gave us an estimate in December. Kevin followed up after the original estimator left the company. They matched another contractors price, gave a superior warranty and put a tarp up at no extra charge. I just referred Roberts to a freind of mine and Kevin personally delivered a $250 finders fee. Roberts Contracting gave my 12 year old deck a complete facelift by replacing cracked, warped cedar/pinefloorboards with hard Massaranduba Brazilian mahogany and installing Trex posts with khaki colored railings (and installed Trex post lights and riser lights) giving my deck a million dollar look! These guys were true professionals, timely, and courteous and did an excellent job. Kevin Jr., Joe, and Bill were all great to work with and would definitely use their services for future projects!

I called Roberts Contracting after my roof blew off during Sandy. They were prompt, efficient, and did a wonderful job! The men worked incredibly hard and finished the job (on a roof with a dangerously steep pitch) in two days, barely even stopping for lunch. Dan, the Sales Manager, even helped me deal with the insurance company. I highly recommend Roberts, and absolutely LOVE Dan.

Roberts was an amazing experience. I needed a new roof in the middle of January. They came the next week and did an amazing job with no mess left behind. The people in the office were extremely nice and professional. There sales rep was amazing at explaining their products and helping me make an informed decision. I will be using them again in the future.
