Although Joe was prompt and punctual, it has been over a month and I still have no receipt, warranty, or written proof of his claim of a five year guarantee. The only proof of his doing the job are the unerased texts and voicemail. I have tried to get a response from him on 2 occasions but have heard nothing from him. I might have to chase his ass up a roof to get satisfaction. Not the most professional person I have dealt with. This is an amendment to the review above. There seems to have been some problems with communications between Joe and myself but the problem has been rectified to my satisfaction. As I stated previously the job was done within 3 days of my contacting him which was greatly appreciated by me.

Another company, who is no longer in business, installed my roof 3 years ago. Recently there was a leak where the roof meets the chimney. Joe The Roofer showed up within the appointment window, identified the problem, and explained what was wrong verbally and through pictures. The work was completed the next day better than the original work that was done! They built a diverter that moved the water around the chimney so the problem can never happen again. I havent had a leak since and we had a couple down pours after the work was completed. I would and have recommended Joe The Roofer to other friends and family for their roofing needs.

Joe is fantastic. Most important to me was that he always answered his phone and returned my calls promptly. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. His crews did a great job on my house(had my roof replaced, fascia and soffit redone and new gutters). Price was pretty good too. A job well done, thank you Joe, Carl and Team!!!
