Surprisingly, one of the only roofers to return a call after the storms -- came to our house, told us how horrible it was, what a crappy job the builders did, and how we were really in trouble. Then, refused to take the job -- there was no mention of cost, no mention on timetables, just a "I dont want to deal with this". I guess they have so much business, that they dont care about getting more.

Great company! I had an estimate in hand on the same day that I called. They made us a priority because of a leak and the new roof was on in two days. Not a trace of debris could be found when they were finished. Highly recommend!

I have left multiple messages for this company and have not received a return call. How good could this business be if they do not answer their phone and do not return calls? Obviously, I would not recommend Wilcox.

Wilcox has always done great work for us in the past. But post Sandy they only want to do new roofs and wont take repair jobs.
