DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write google reviews -- but have had so many problems I feel I must write this review. Greene roofing was hired to put a new roof on my building approximately 4 years ago. They were friendly and relatively easy to work / communicate with, and their price was competitive so we hired them. Now, 4 years later the roof has leaked every year since it was replaced. Greene roofing agrees to come back and fix the leaks when they happen -- but they do so by slapping black roofing tar on any area where water is coming in. Eventually I had a new company come look at the issues and they have discovered that Greene Roofing didnt properly install the roof. There isnt flashing at key intersections, or there is improper flashing that has already begun to fail. I have now spent thousands of dollars to fix the faulty work that they did. And, just this week have a new leak! This one is going to cost thousands more to fix.

When my roof developed a leak I called Greene Roofing. They came right over and gave me an estimate the very same day. Their price seemed reasonable and I signed a contract for the replacement roof. The materials were delivered the following morning and their crew was there working that very same day. The work was done professionally and they did a great job. They workers were both professional and extremely polite. The roof looks fantastic! Several of my neighbors have since hired them and are all very pleased with the price and most important, the quality of their work. If you are in need of a new roof or a repair, dont bother shopping around, just call Greene Roofing and your roof will be done the right way. I can understand why they have been in business for such a long time. These guys know exactly what they are doing!

After multiple estimates, I ended up speaking with Allen over at Green Roofing. He was highly knowledgable, patient, and offered the best option and the most reasonable price. Furthermore, he guaranteed the new modified asphalt Firestone roof for a full unconditional 15-years. Since the installation, over 10 years ago, I have had one service call. It was addressed quickly and corrected without any problems. I was so please with the service that I wanted to write a Google review for others to read. Green is a stand up company that has been in it for the long haul. Reputable, honest and fair! Thank you!

Greene Roofing provided new roof membrane and skylight access hatch, custom made to the needs of our house. Skilled personnel were very easy to work with, and performed the job efficiently. They did a great clean up as well. Greene even provided a new lead gutter pipe as an extra service as the old one was damaged. Kudos to the entire team from estimate, to booking, to executing great results. I highly recommend their services.

We had our roof repaired in 2001. First his crew cut our antenna wires, then they left tar hanging from the front of our roof. To add insult to injury while still in contract our flashing began to leak. We called their office repeatedly after a big storm for two weeks nobody answered the phone and they never returned our calls. I will never use them again. My only advice is buyer beware!

My husband wanted a company who has been in business for a long time and that had insurance. They provided me with certificates and a prompt estimate via email. Very professional. They could have communicated a little better about scheduling, but from the effort and look of it, the roof looks perfect. Time will tell, but we are very satisfied so far.

I set an appointment two days ago to come and repair the gaping hole in my roof where the skylight used to be. I took the day off from work, and they canceled the appointment 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. I guess my moneys not Greene enough.
