First of all, we love our new door. The sales associate helped us get exactly what we wanted and the support staff worked with our busy schedule to get it installed as quickly as possible. The best think I can say about King though is their customer service. When we had an issue with a faulty lock, we received an immediate call back (from the president of the company no less) and they took care of the issue immediately. Ive always believed the the attention you get after the sale is as important as what you get leading up to it. Nice work!

The product is very good but the service is horrible. They were very late getting the door, when it came in it was impossible to get them to come and install it and when they did it had the wrong lock. They have yet to correct this. But the door is very nice.

what the sales rep promised me and what I received were polar opposites. Then, the owner offered to come and see the door to make adjustment -- never came, even after repeated calls. Now a piece fell off and I cannot get service.
