My experience at Patterson was Grade A!! I found the place accidentally by driving an alternate route and spontaneously left a flat tire that had been sitting for over two years (off a 1998 Marquis no less). Craig knew these details and told me well its still firm...and look here..its probably this nail". He could have told me it wasnt worth fixing, but he didnt. Impressed, I took my new old car back for an oil change and inspection (driving on the fixed tire); needed nothing but one new wiper blade (which was obvious) so I bought a pair there at a fair price. I had made an appointment and though busy and shorthanded that day, I was basically in and out of there in no time. The wait area and restrooms are immaculate and you can grab a free fresh hot coffee at their friendly in house convenience store with every service. Free yearly rotations come with tire purchases and a free oil change after every four. No doubt I will drive the extra distance to do business with this crew!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and fair prices. I firmly believe that you find out the true nature of a business when you see how they respond to a problem or a shortcoming that is brought to their attention (theyre human after all and mistakes do happen). Recently, after picking up my car after hours, I discovered a minor concern with my service. I called the next day to bring my concern to their attention. Chris was great - he simply listened to my concerns and asked me a few questions and then asked me to bring the car back whenever it was convenient for me so they could address the problem. Simple and responsive - I have pretty high expectations about customer service and the team at Patterson Auto exceeds them. To paraphrase an old TV commercial..."They build customer loyalty the old fashioned way..they earn it!" Well done!

I won a gift certificate for an oil change or NYS inspection at a penny social earlier this year. I emailed them two weeks ago requesting an appointment to get the inspection done before the gift certificate expired and the inspection expired. I never received an email back so my husband took my car today to try and get it inspected. He was told they had no appointments available at all today in fact the next available is Friday 9/2/16. So I had to not only lose out on a gift certificate they would not even the extend the certificate until Friday(which it expires today as well). First impression is a bad one and they will never have my business in the future

Having worked in Corporate America, Id have to say that the professionalism exhibited at Patterson Auto Body far exceeded my expectations. Craig was very thorough with me regarding the overall diagnosis. I myself have worked on cars for over 40 years and still was very impressed. Patterson Auto Body explained in detail what the problem was, fixed it and as a courtesy, detailed other problems that may arise in the near future. I have never seen such a professionally detailed diagnosis for the relatively small problem I had with my vehicle. If I could give a zero I would. Horrible customer service. I had to call on my vehicle after they had it for several days to find out what was going on. They repaired a check engine light that came back on after I got my vehicle back. Quoted me $340 for a new windshield and I had one installed at my house for $290. They never even diagnosed the issue I am having for my 4WD which left me in a very dangerous situation on the Hutchinson Parkway. I ended up fixing my check engine light by replacing the gas cap. All in all I got an oil change for $340. Dont waste your money.

I scratched 2 panels on the side of my car. I brought it in for a quote and they said both panels had to be completely repainted for $1800. I asked them if one panel could be buffed out and the other spot touched, they said no. I took it to another auto body shop 5 minutes up the road and they said yes it can be buffed and spot touched for $500. I had them do it for $500 and it looks as good as new (they even cleaned & detailed the car too). While Im sure Patterson auto body does a good job, its very much worth getting a second estimate elsewhere...

Patterson Auto Body is not just a Body Shop. They are a complete automobile repair shop. The best thing about Patterson Auto Body is that they are HONEST and trustworthy! You can bring your car in for an inspection and not get taken advantage of. This is unlike their competitors further up on Route 22 who sell tires and will take advantage of a uneducated consumer. Patterson auto also sells tires and now they have a convenience store. Honestly, I really have learned through experience to only use Patterson auto for all my Automotive needs.

Brought it in for a simple valve cover gasket swap that should have only taken one day and then they tell me I have a broken pipe. Can you say broke it themselves. Not honest, terrible service, and just not a good place to bring your car
