Had my first accident not far the shop. Front passenger corner of 2009 Camry was completely ruined. Their tow service picked up my car promptly after I called on a Saturday morning. The guys that attended to me were very courteous and professional. Most importantly, the damage on the car was completely repaired to the point that the vehicle looks like new. I had no problems at all with the insurance adjusters, and the time frame was met as expected. They even called in for a car rental service to pick me up on the day I was brought in. An accident can be very stressful to deal with, but I was pleased with how smoothly things went with MacArthur and would recommend them without hesitation.

Made a call to AAA. and was assigned this towing company. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! We waited close to four hours for the driver to show up. However, the excuses that the dispatcher at McArthur was telling us were outright lies!!! It began with telling us the wait was because his other flatbed was in Connecticut. Then it was the previous client changed her mind and they had to go to another location. One hour later, the truck was in Bayridge Brooklyn and it was so far from Queens. One hour later, the truck had to get off the Parkway, divert to local streets, next excuse it was "a big ass truck" and can only go 25mph. Half hour later, he needs to stop to fill gas o.

Mac Arthur collision and towing will surely recommend this body shop to everyone ...had a few fender bender with my cars a few times, was so upset at that time but after meeting with the associates from that shop changes my whole mood and the better part is when my car was fineshed...i taught that they were giving me someone else car, couldnt recognized my car with the the beautiful job that was done in a timely manner. my insurance company sent this company and they arrived in 20 minutes . Driver and dispatcher was very courteous. I decided because they were so nice to let them repair my car after the accident . I was skeptical since I was never in an accident and you hear horror stories , but I dealt with Mike and Anthony and they guided me every step of the way! My car came out perfect ! Would def use them again

These deserve no stars....my tire came off and this guy wanted to drag my car on to the top truck. I told him it would cause nor damage than it already has. Dont let your car get dragged ....make them use a GO JACK
