Took way longer than what I was promised. Repair job was the worst Ive ever seen. Damaged and tore the interior leather from many places. A part literally fell off onto the ground a day after the repair, called him and informed him that I have multiple issues with the repair and would to bring the vehicle back for the proper repairs. Took vehicle to the his his and he denied any wrong doings and accused for lying that I had told him about any of the issues the day after the repair. I advised him to look at the call log to see that I had called and reported issues. He didnt own up to his poor workmanship and would not repair anything as part of the original. I had to take the vehicle to another body shop, pay extra to get some of the things repaired. Im still living with 9 tears and pinches of the interior leather, dash, and seats fromt eh damage that he caused for using my car as his parts transport vehicle. I dropped off the car with full tank and got it empty to the point where the needle was below "E". Do yourself a favor and stay at least a mile away from this body shop.

The worst body shop in the world! 1. Took 10 weeks for me to get my car back when I was told 2 weeks. 2. After all that time the car still wasnt completely done. Still needed to be polished and things that we agreed upon werent done. 3. Every time I come back the car stays in the shop the whole time and nothing gets done. 4. The paint started chipping 2 weeks after the car was "done". 5. The car smells like mold because it was left outside uncovers and with all panels, and doors off. I can go on for days with how bad everything was. If you go there anything that can go wrong will! I so unhappy with the job that Im selling the car.

C&C auto was exceptional in repairing my vehicle. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that was damage on the entire rear quarter due to icy road and a tree. After the damage I consider selling my beautiful JX however C&C changed all of that. It was repair timely, they coordinated the estimate, the insurance payment and rental car. The result through is the perfect repair they made to the car you cannot tell that the damage even occurred. I highly recommend them as a friendly and talented repair shop.

Very Rude, went three days in a row for a 2 minute photo inspection for car insurance. No sympathy at all for people who have to leave work early just to be turned away. Last I checked, these inspections are free...I didnt know I was supposed to tip him for his time. Unprofessional and corrupt. Inspector gave name of "Ravi" with different name on report.

Second time using these guys and the last time.Brought my car back to them for repair the car was givung back a Hot Mess!! Dirty and with more damage than what it came in with, painted windows over spray. After weeks of being blown off i finally brought it back in for a half ass fix .This guy is the worst
