I am a very detailed person and when it comes to my car I will not settle for anything less than perfection. My experience with Collision Specialist of Inwood has been nothing less than Stellar. The few incidents I have has with mine and my families cars, Collision Specialists have brought them back to factory like condition. Its as if our cars just rolled out of the showroom. Not only is Richard Conte (owner) an upbeat and passionate person about his work and reputation, he treat everyone I know that have used his services as if they were family. And speaking of family, the apple does not fall far from the tree. His family owned business has his 3 sons working there, they all follow in Richards footsteps. The Collision Specialists of Inwood are neither...this company is miles above the rest, this owner provided me with one of THE BEST experiences with any company I have dealt with in a very long time! I recommend, if you are looking for a fair & honest personalized treatment with excellent vehicle collision treatment & repair, Collision Specialists of Inwood is whom you seek. I am a little obsessed with my cars :-) I recently brought in the STI to have the road rash (damn rock chips) fixed on the front bumper and hood. I also had three door dings (damn door dings) that were driving me a little nuts (like I need help). I have to say that Collision Specialists of Inwood hit it out of the park. The job they did is incredible. The paint match is perfect, and even though they removed the bumper and hood the reinstall and body lines are also perfect. To say they did great work would be an understatement. Thanks guys, youre the best! Now if I could only get people to stop giving me door dings...

Was looking to get information on where body work was performed on the used car we purchased not too long ago. I called and they said they dont keep that information. Finding that hard to believe, I expressed my uncertainty in the answer which I was a given, and the man with which I spoke changed his response to the tune of "We go by names. I dont know you." Even though I was willing to give the VIN number to our car, he was not willing to look up the information for us. Gives one the strong impression that this may not be a very helpful/honest company to work with.
