First accident ever. Anthony called me the following morning and ran over the damage and details of what needed to be done. He had been nothing less than professional, knowledgeable & friendly. My repairs due to airbag damage took a bit longer than usual but Anthony kept me updated weekly on how things were going. I was worried my car wouldnt be repairable at times but he was reassuring and stood behind his work. Rightfully so. When i picked up my car, it was nice to finally put faces to everyone I spoke with on the phone. I was happy to see it was a family business. I had to wait a bit for my car as they had taken it to be cleaned. They offered me a drink and made small talk as I pet their dog. When Anthony took me back to see my car I was amazed with the repairs. My car looks like new. Exceeded my expectations. Im very pleased with the service. Many thanks to Anthony, his sister, and Bernie. I will recommend Jamaica Auto Body to my friends and family. My car speaks for itself. :)

I was already up set about my car being towed but hey its not there fault on that. And they was nice about it But the return service back sucked the driver park my car inside someone elses backyard who does that and then tell me thats where he found the car in front of but it wasnt and the return address clearly on the receipt where to return it. Then he tells me well it starts and drives, walked away and drove off leaving me to drive my car myself out my neighbors backyard. Call his boss about it said hell talk to him about u know what that mean nothing. So what did I actually pay for again?

I dont know much about car repairs but I do recognize and admire superior customer service and that is what youll find at Jamaica Auto Body & Towing. During such a stressful time immediately following an accident you couldnt find more professional, reassuring people that keep in constant contact with you on the status of your claim and vehicle. They go above and beyond in every aspect. I will highly recommend Jamaica Auto Body & Towing at every opportunity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR 40 DAYS AND STILL NOT FIXED. ALWAYS CALLING SAYING SOMETHING ELSE IS WRONG WITH MY CAR. THE GUY ANTHONY IS NEVER THERE. HE MAKES HIS TOWING GUYS CONVINCE YOU TO BRING IT BACK TO HIS SHOP. HE MESSES UP YOUR CAR MORE THAN IT ALREADY IS HE A TERRIBLE GUY. DONT WASTE YOU TIME GO ANYWHERE ELSE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Absolutely horrible, was hit head on by a drunk driver and had to deal with this towing service cause the NYPD called them, they charged me $300 to move my car 4 blocks away, the guy Anthony cursed and screamed at us that we woke him up outta sleep and told us he was entitled to this money and threatening to take my car to his shop which we had to plead and fight with him not to.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The guy Anthony is a shady businessman and dont care about your car. hes all about taking money out of your pocket. Very unproffesional. also caused extra damage to my car to get me to pay extra.

I had a worse experience with them. Never take your car to that place. They will rip you off. Also if you ever get into an accident never ever let them trowed you car to that place.
