I was a little hesitant to try Chick-fil-A because I have such severe life threatening food allergies, specifically to peanuts. However, after my husband took my children several times and asked them on my behalf and I read about it...I finally went. Its now my favorite!!! Tonight we were there and I was blown away by the (manager?) Eileen. My husband reminded me while ordering that I needed a regular bun (allergic to whole wheat) and she heard and offered me a gluten free bun. Then as we we eating, she came over to talk to us and offered us food to take home. I so appreciate the attention she showed my children as they talked to her. As we went to the counter before leaving, she again chatted and joked with my kids and then gave them ice cream!! I tried to pay for it but she refused. Its definitely not because we were offered anything for free...but because of the friendly, personal, old-fashioned valued centered establishment that will keep us coming back week after week!!! Thank you Eileen and Chick-fil-A!!

Excellent chicken. I had the spicy chicken. Note that it only comes with pickles. If you want lettuce and tomato, you have to get the deluxe. Plus, you can also ask for bacon (probably for extra charge). Their nuggets are a little smaller than your typical fast food joint, but they are so much better. They are morsels of juicy chicken in light breading. Their waffle fries are probably the only thing that was so so. I think mine was probably sitting for a bit (weird given how busy they were) but they were tasty. Lastly, their dipping sauces were really good, in particular the chick-fil-a sauce. Its like honey mustard with a hint of bacon. Genius. We stayed late (they were closing) and they were so nice about it eg., they werent obnoxious about making us leave. Lastly, they pump contemporary Christian muzak over the speakers which had me in a singing mood the entire time. Excellent experience overall.

The service and the fries are by far the highlight of Chick fil a in my opinion. All the employees are beyond friendly and accommodating. If I have any questions about the menu, they are fully capable of answering quickly and efficiently. A lot of times in which Ive visited, Ive received my food before Ive even left the counter that I just paid at. I tend to only have to wait for my milkshake whenever I order one but its worth the wait. The milkshakes are hand blended and extremely rich and creamy. The fries are also amazing, the perfect amount of salty and crunch! I will most definitely return to this chick fil a in the future, I am looking forward to it! Also always check your receipt because sometimes there is a survey at the bottom and if you fill it out you will get a free sandwich for your next visit!

This food is amazing. Its chicken like Ive never tasted before. I believe this Chick-fil-A is the only one that actually exists on Long Island, so I had to travel quite a distance to get to it..it was absolutely PACKED, and the line was HUGE, but surprisnigly, I was up at the front in ten minutes! This is because every single register was manned. Management saw it was busy and actually DID something about it. While I ate, I heard the staff that wasnt on register actually speaking to customers--one of the managers was particularly nice and friendly. I cant say much for the company--Ive heard bad things, but if every chains staff and food is like this one, then they get two thumbs up from me.

So Ive been to this place a couple of times and each time it has been ridiculously packed, like line out the door and every parking spot filled and drive thru crowded as well. However the service is amazing. Within a couple minutes your food is brought out to you I was really impressed with the service. the chicken sandwich is very good. You can definitely taste the quality difference from like a Wendys or McDonalds.My only negative I have on this place is there waffle fries are just ehh. Nothing special about them. But overall a great restaurant.

Finally, Chick-fil-A comes to Long Island! (Or at least Suffolk County.) As an exiled Southerner, this was a long-awaited event. Its the usual Chick-fil-A experience, which is to say: clean, friendly, helpful (theyll refill your drinks!), and tasty. Even with the rise of trendier "fast casual" restaurants, Chick-fil-A still holds its own by simply doing traditional fast food concept consistently well. Why cant all fast food be this great?

It was my first time here- Southern Hospitality at its best. The gentlemen a head of me on line was a Vietnam Vet who served during The war and the young lady behind the counter treated him with respect he deserved and gave him his meal on the house- free and took general interest with his service. I was very impressed. What a positive experience. The food is great and I wish every business in NY treated there customers this way.

Very clean and very quick service. Employees walking around to disinfect the tables and seats for the next people that come. Also employees who walk around checking to see if the customer is happy with the food and if they can get you anything. Food is a higher Quality than what you would see at a fast food restaurant. I am very happy with everything so far. Lets see how they are doing in a few months.

What a amazing staff they have over there. The owner Stan is truly engaged with both the patrons as well as the workers. Thats how a foodie can determine what kind of dining environment they can expect when you dine in.here....always pleasant. Cant take away the good food whenever I eat here, whether at 8 am, noon, 3 pm, 7 pm or even around 9pm. Good job to the crew and Management staff.

Fantastic chicken sandwiches wonderful service and a real sense of pride from work staff, the chick-fil-a is a great place to stop off for waffle fries and a chicken sandwich, also have chicken salad sandwich, salad and amazing shakes usually have a limited time flavor available if your in the mood for a seasonal shake

For a fast food restaurant Chick-Fil-A is tough to beat. Here during the summer at lunchtime they have FOUR people outside keeping the drive thru moving. Two taking orders (see photos), one coordinating the lane merge, and one taking payments. Pretty fast and moving lots of traffic.

Firstly, this really is a great place. Great food and impeccable service. It deserves a five star review, but sadly its a victim of its own success: because its so well thought of, and its the only one on the island, it gets insanely busy. Best to go off-peak just to avoid the crowd.

Absolutely amazing!! I ordered a spicy deluxe burger meal, which comes with waffle fries & a soda. IT WAS DELIOUS! The burger was perfectly cooked with just amount of seasoning and spice. The waffle fries were to DIE FOR! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Will go again.
