· Such a disappointment!!! They screwed up on almost everything! Shrimptinis were not served because they didnt supply the small cups! I had to send someone out to buy little shot glasses in the middle of my party! The Pot sticker dumplings were supposed to be presented individually on a display spoon but they forgot to provide the spoons! I asked them to add some lettuce to the Arugula salad but they DID NOT! $100 worth of arugula with barely any pecans or red peppers in it. The bacon wrapped scallops were covered in red BBQ sauce...people didnt even know what it was! The tenderloin crispini had a very thin slice of "roast beef" on it. I could have bought thicker beef from the deli. They also didnt tell you they dont supply serving trays...you better have some if you are serving 40+ guests!! TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING ! The only good thing that they recommended was the Servers from Immaculate Reception! All they had to say was "I am So Sorry for the human errors...we can give you a $25 credit on your next order"...over my dead body!!

Through the years, Elegant Eating has been an integral part of our joyous festivities: graduation parties for our sons, bridal showers and birthday parties. Myras suggestions have always been on-target and every dish is prepared with fabulous skill and presented beautifully. People continue to rave about our dinner parties for years! *On a personal note--our oldest son, Cliff, has the good fortune to intern at Elegant Eating while he was attending culinary school (1991-1993.) He acquired good knife skills and learned so much about sauces while Neil and Myra encouraged him to pursue his dream. As a food service director, I can also recommend Elegant Eating for its professional service and sensational food!

We knew that our wedding would be a special day for us but to hear from our guests just how much fun they had is so wonderful. We keep hearing raves about the food - but also about the kindness of your staff - and how warm and friendly they are. I would single out a specific staff member for accolades but they were ALL wonderful. I want them to know just how much their hard work is appreciated. I have used this caterer many times in the past and I have always been so happy. I recently had an event with Elegant Eating and I dont know how they did it but They have gone so beyond my expectations. Every event with them has been wonderful but our most recent event was spectacular. The presentation was amazing. The food was incredible, and the staff was the best I have ever had. They attended to every one of my guests as if they were the only one there. Everyone who attended is still raving about Elegant Eating. Thank you to everyone at Elegant Eating for taking care of our every need from the moment I placed the order to the last guest went home. Simply amazing!

Elegant Eating did a 50 person party at my house this past weekend. I cannot say enough great things about Myra, Neil and the entire staff that they sent to my house. They were polite, professional, clean, detail oriented and overly accommodating to all of our needs. Roberto, Linda, Luis and Allan did a great job. Chef Robertos food was outstanding. The presentations were beautiful and the food very tasty. Could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend Elegant Eating and will surely use their services again!

Weve been to Elegant Eating several times for classes. We are never disappointed! Myra and Neil are professional, courteous, and fun! Myras instructions are clear and mostly easy! Pete the chef is informative, and fun. I cant say enough great things about them all! And the food!!!! It is amazing! We are served what we cook, on an elegant table. Dont live in the area but order baskets every year for my sons teachers. I just tell them how much I want to spend, where its going and they do the rest. I always get rave thank you notes. Neil, Myra and the basket fairies are amazing. Im not biased because Neil and I went to college together, they really know what they are doing.
