I dont know if its because I look young or if its because Im Asian, but every time I go to pick up a package (the postman doesnt bother even checking to see if anyones home) I get such a nasty attitude and get treated as if I dont even speak English. For the record, I was born in the US and dont have an accent, unless you count my New Jersey lilt on a select few words. They dont even bother hiding that they want to shoo me out the door ASAP even when theyre not busy. If you want to send a package, I dont recommend this post office at all unless youre elderly or a white suburban soccer mom. Those people seem to get by with no issues.

Most of the employees seem to be rushing you out the door, even to the point of being rude to you. They talk about you behind your back while youre still in the room, as you walk out. On top of that, the 24/7 SSK was not open for any use, an hour after they closed. If youre looking for a post office, take the one in Miller Place or Port Jeff Village.

Horrible Post Office. Always a line no matter what time of day. Its dimly lit (2 of the 6 lights work over the main counter). The workers are slow and seem to be clueless on most items. Either go to Selden or Setauket post offices instead.

Everyone is home and they still leave you the "sorry we missed you" note because theyre too lazy to knock on the door. I cant even go pick up my package because I work when the post office is open. 0 stars

Good ppl. Hard. Working. Have to deal with annoying customers who break their chops for no reason. Get a life ppl no body needs to kiss ur ass. Smh theyre just doing their job !
