If I could rate this -10 stars I would jump on it faster than I could even actually count the negative stars available. I got up at 8:45 in the morning to come here and only to get "helped" by the most ogre like woman Ive ever met in my LIFE. This nasty gremlin would not stop be littling my family and I and treating us like dumb preschoolers she literally started a contest with me about whos more tired because I was talking to my family saying that I was exhausted and she had to jump in saying shes tired and I shouldnt even be talking because she gets up for work at 3 am." Are you kidding me? Ive never been so disgusted by someones horrible attitude and service. She basically spent the whole time acting like she owned us and like we were brain dead. I dont like being talked down to by a mule. Never again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service experience ever not just one all the people working at front desk have terrible attitudes. I used to drop of packages every day there for my online business because its just 1 block from my house. Now I stopped going there because of their terrible attitudes. I travel 2 miles to Holbrook post office everyday to drop my packages. Staff there is amazing and very helpful always greet you with a smile.

Ive been living in Ronkonkoma for 28 years this office employs the nastiest group of individuals. No one smiles no one says hello, they are just down right mean. Im not one to need their service often and probably only visited them under 20 times and their attitude never improves. I work retail I know its hard to work with the public but if Im nice to you then be nice to me! This review has been long over due.

This post office is horrible!! If your a business owner and need stamps you CAN RELY on them NOT having them in stock. Today it was the supervisor was not in so you cant pick them up. The fact that you drive to your local post office to find out they dont have the stamps you need is ridiculous. They should fix their inventory/stock issues.

People in here are usually very nice but recently, weve dropped off packages as it was closing and a worker came out to take them and now one of my packages is lost/possibly stolen. Dont leave this place without a receipt or handing it personally to someone at the front counter. Very frustrated and embarrassed to have this happen.
