Every year for the last 18 years I received a bill for my po box. I check my po box every 2 week and today I noticed I had no mail. I asked clerk to check if they had my mail. I was told that my po box was closed due to non payment and all my mail was returned. They said they are no longer sending bills and its my responsibility to pay. No notice was given they were changing the rules and they seem to be the only post office doing it. I noticed this happen to someone else while I was there. I also see another feedback about this on here. I called 1 800 # and filed complaint I suggest anyone else do the same. Who is this supervisor they has there for years. Shes fat and cant even move. Shes been like that for years and she got that way from sitting in that dam office for years and not moving or being motivated. She just eats and wastes our tax dollars. She must be almost 500 pounds now. That why this post office always has problems. If you people dont want to work there are plenty of people who would love your job. People from the neighborhood who never get hired there. You have lazy people who dont care and dont want to work there and you carry them letting all of our tax dollars go to waste. Dont mess with my mail again. I pay good money there ever year.

Went to my Po box to get my mail when I opened my box there was no mail. Just a piece of a cardboard box stuck in the back. When I went to inquire what happened to my mail, I was informed that they closed my po box due to non payment. When I told them I never received a bill I was told they are short handed and arent putting any bill or notice in the Po boxes anymore. Its funny they cant stick a Bill in the pobox but they can tape a piece of paper with my information to a piece of cut out cardboard and stick it in the back of the PO Box. They returned all my mail. When I asked how Im supposed to remember when my Po box is due because I pay it in advance they told me to mark my calendar. What a waste of people that work there. So disappointed. I called the 1800 number to complain too. I see Im not the only one this happened to this is crazy!!

Every year we received a bill in our po box for payment and we always paid on time. Today our po box was locked and we were told we didnt make the payment. We told them we never received a bill. They said "we no longer do that and in order to re-open it we had to pay a late fee of $22.00". We should have at least received some kind of notice that they no longer are billing people. Are we the only Patchogue post office patrons that this happened to? Also according to website they say all mail will be considered "undeliverable" so I have no idea if they threw away our mail!

I called to check on my package and a really annoyed employee answered and swore my package was gone because some days had passed so he said the package had been returned to sender, when I pleaded with him to check anyway because the system showed the package still there he agreed and found it, a few days before my friend had gone to pick up the package for me and they told him the same thing, now i may never get my package i was supposed to get in two days priority mail, they didnt even apologize for saying my package was not there, the level of incompetency is amazing.

I am so disgusted with PATCHOGUE post office. Second time that my regular postman was on vacation and a package was not delivered to my apartment but Tracking indicted DELIVERED. Why is it only when hes out. Mike is the best cant wait for him to come back so I dont have to stress about my packages... FYI JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE HAVE A POST OFFICE JOB DONT MEAN THEYRE NOT A COOK, JUST MEANS THEY NEVER BEEN CAUGHT. STILL DIDNT RECEIVE THE PACKAGES

I am so disgusted with the postal service I receive. Half the time I do not get the ads and yesterday he put a letter that my neighbor was mailing into my mailbox. Good thing I am honest. I put it back in my mailbox with the flag up. Hopefully it can finds it was back to the post office to get to the correct person. They complain that the internet is ruining postal service, I feel safer using the internet.

I wish I could give this a zero. My girlfriend just laid her father to rest and sent some boxes of her dads things from cleaning out his house and we received the boxes all TORN and ripped up. I made sure to take plenty of pictures though...i will take further legalities if needed if this doesnt get resolved in some way!!!!!

I called because I was missing a package. I explained the situation and the person named Mike, was very polite and courteous, took all my information. He called me back today because they had located my package. I had seen a few bad reviews posted, but my experience was pleasant and I appreciated their effort to help me.

Mail from other streets delivered to my house numerous times, missing packages that apparently where delivered to my house( tracking states delivery) and mailman running away when trying to be flagged down. Horrible. Go to the post office and its slower than a snail with one worker at the counter??? Wtf???

Staff is nice if you greet them with respect and not just a government door mat. Also my mail drivers are all cool. They are nice and always smiling when I greet them.
