I looked up the hours of operation online because the phone # listed doesnt work. I personally havent had any bad encounters, but Im writing this for the guy at the counter who is sending perfume to a family member in India. He was spoken to like he was an idiot. The woman was rude and i feel bad for the poor guy. Falls in line with some of the other reviews on here....

Noone will answer the phone all day nothing i am a handicapped individual and i rely on something in the mail and i need to inquire about my p.o. box and the phone has not been answered all day and yes im dialing the right number im about to call the police i hope noone is hurt in the building im worried

15 customers standing on the line and only one clerk She is not even fast so average wait time is 30mins. Worse experience ever The other guy is aware of the long line but does nothing. As technology continue to evolve, this place will go out of business no question.

Be aware of a guy named "Dip" who works at the front counter. He upcharged me on postage and he also STOLE what I had inside my package. Dip is a SOB who likes to steal from other people so go take your packages to a different place!

The worst post office Ive ever been to. This location wholeheartedly is the reason I support the United States Government getting out of the mail industry. Its time to privatize. The USPS is broken, with lazy, uninspired workers.

This place is one of the worst post offices ever. And with how slow and terrible customer service is at the post office in general thats saying a lot. Lost packages not delivering etc. I want to give them zero stars

Why is it that no one picks up the phone. This is bad business and people need their stuff and need to know where its located. Its insane and very unprofessional. It gets me upset that they never pick up their phone
