We havent actually had the wedding yet, but I have gone back and forth with Joann 100 times adding/removing/switching rental items. I have probably been the most annoying bride ever but she has always been extremely pleasant and more than happy to help. I originally considered using them for convenience as they were located the closest to my venue, but after comparing prices with about 10 other places, they also were the most competitive. I am confident that my event will run smoothly with them, which is a huge weight off the shoulders of a DIY-bride like me!

This is our second time using party time rentals. The first time was three years ago for our daughters Grad party and second time for our sons party. Both experiences were amazing. They dropped off the tent and set it up perfectly and all of the tables and chairs were stacked neatly. We got so many compliments on the tent and how wonderful it looked. Last year they helped my community to throw a clam bake on the beach in Fire Island Pines. Our experience with them was the best. Accommodated us with delivery and set up and even broke down the party in the dark. Their whole crew was professional, polite and hard working. An attendant at times remained on site to ensure our kids safety. I dont think twice about calling them and them only when I throw a party!
