I worked with Kim to decorate a very plain room for my wedding. She understood exactly what I wanted. During the planning process, Kim made sure I was getting what I wanted. She very diplomatically stated that the decisions were up to the Bride when others were getting pushy during the planning process. When I went to check out the venue, there was a wall that wasnt covered the way I had thought so I gave her a call. Kim explained that for safety reasons they couldnt pipe and drape the one wall but she would see what she could do. I got a call back saying that the owner of the company would go to the venue the night before or the day of the wedding to see what she could do. Due to in climate weather, we had to do pictures in doors and I was so pleased with what she could do to make that part of the room look better. I was very impressed with the customer service and responsiveness of the Total Events staff throughout the entire planning process. I would recommend Kim and the Total Events staff to anyone who has decorating needs for their wedding day! They will make your dreams come true!

We used Total Events for our October 2014 wedding at The Fort William Henry in Lake George NY. From the first phone call, all the way until the wedding day, Megan and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. She helped me every step of the way and made the process so easy. They had everything I needed and wanted! We rented the tent for the ceremony, wine barrels, tables cloths, chivari chairs for the reception, grand chairs for the sweetheart table, votive candle holders and they also installed ceiling swag in the reception area. The transformation of the ceremony and reception area was breathtaking. I cant thank this company enough for everything they did for my husband and I on our wedding day. You guys are the best!

I recently had a tent wedding at my parents home. Even though the area wasnt ideal for holding a tent, Total Events staff made it work, and made it FABULOUS! I couldnt be more happy with the service, the extra care, and time that was put into my special day. They handled everything from the tent, tables, chairs, decor, lighting, and even help recommending other vendors that I ended up using. These people know their stuff, and will go the extra mile to make sure your wedding, or any other kind of event is perfect!

My daughter lived in Boston and was getting married in Loudonville. We met with the team at Total Events and explained to them what our thoughts were and our budget. They went to work and and created what my daughter referred to as a "dream wedding"!!! As the father of the bride you cannot ask for more than that! They were absolutely great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again....The owner Rich and Megan and her team over-delivered which is why they are so successful!!!

I called total events 5 times in 2 days to speak with a manager i left my phone and name 2 times and she said that he will call you back he/she never did so i am reviewing this store as being very poor in customer relations.

Total Events put on a spectacular casino night for us. The decorations were great, the dealers were so much fun, no complaints at all. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Total Events for your party!
