Whenever I have a good experience I tell myself Im going to leave a good review but always forget. This time I had to. A little about my experience: I got in an accident on labor day weekend. State farm sent Faith my claim and they were closed, so I didnt expect anything until Tuesday, but almost instantly I heard from Tim, who had just stopped in and decided to help me on his day off. Not only that but got Enterprise to stay open a little late just for me the same day, and they picked me up and got me a rental. I was already happy about the choice I made after that but it got better. A few times because of my busy work schedule I had a question but didnt get a chance to call during work hours, so I emailed them expecting a response the next day but again after they were closed I got an almost immediate and helpful response. The extra touch of getting occasional text updates containing photos of the work were awesome and something I had not seen before, and the estimate of when the work would be done was spot on! They even vacuumed and cleaned the whole car and left a little gift for me in the cup holder. Faith has been amazing every step of the way and I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family. They are super friendly and you get the feeling that they are really there for you instead of just doing a job. Thanks so much again guys!

Our family needed the services of Faith Auto 3 times in 2016. The first accident was in April and we were so impressed with the way they handled our business we used them for my husbands truck and my sons car who also were unfortunate to have accidents. (None of these was our fault). They kept in touch on a regular basis to let us know the status of our vehicle and explained everything that was being done. In addition they discovered issues that the insurance adjusters missed and were able to get them repaired to our satisfaction. When I picked up my 2014 Ford Escape it looked like new! You would never know it had been in an accident!! Very impressed with their work! I would reccimend you give them a call for all of your body work!

Im so thankful for deciding to go with Faith Auto for the repairs on my vehicle. They were super helpful from beginning to end. They got me into a rental right away and dealt with all the insurance stuff so that I did not have to. I was really surprised with their communication, I received constant updates of the progress and what was going on when. My car came out great. The whole front end had to be redone and I was a little worried because Im a car fanatic wanted everything to look good and match and it came out better than new. Highly recommend faith autoworks.

This place has been super helpful to me. I got in and accident and spent an hour and a half trying to get my insurance company to work with me at all. I called faith eventually and they took over. Susan got me towed, got me a rental, worked everything out with my insurance company and really took care of me and made the whole experience much better. They were very accommodating, and straightforward and honest about the repairs needed. Definitely made a poor experience much better, thank you to all the staff!

This company is as professional as you will find. The office treats you friendly, makes you comfortable and keeps you fully informed on the status of your vehicle. My entire bumper was falling off after a collision. Insurance wouldnt cover it so I had to come out of pocket. Faith auto works hooked me up with a great price and basically restored the bumper to its original look. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner Tim is a genuine guy and he takes pride in his work.

Dropped my car off (2013 Infiniti) for some work on scratches that were on my car when I bought it. Tim and his staff at faith auto works were great and walked me through everything and was very transparent with how much it would cost me and it was very reasonable. (They did a fantastic job, came out looking like a brand new car) I would have no problem recommending my friends and family to this shop.
