To all my West Coast natives, fellow ship mates, people that take their hair seriously, and customers looking for a new barber. And to every one reading that care about the way they are presented and their appearance. Please continue reading. A cut is $15 by the way. If you seek a barber with skill, steady hands, precision, patience, etc this is where you need to be. Be as anal as you want with your cut and include as many details and small touches as you can remember. The better you describe to them what you want the easier it will be for them to create it to your liking. And if youre unsure about the way you like your hair its ok get a picture online, they will make it happen My hair cuts average about 45 mins to an hour each time I come in no matter how long the line is (I dont rush the artist, I collaborate with them). Quality is what I desire and they supply. So dont be afraid to try it out.

Clean, hip place. Comfortable, laid back, good music. Lamont the head barber knows how to clean you up. Appointments or walk-in, you wont be let down with your haircut. Straight blade clean up too. Place is alright, clean, and right near the track. Prices fair and and the barbers remember your name. Keep it going. Update 7/2017: still seeing Lamont at the shop. Hes really comin into his own. Takes his time but gets you in and out. The place is always fun and lively. Also, Shawn and Henry have been there a while too, so you know they got people come back everytime. There is definitely a barber for you at Tru Cutz...

5/5 without a doubt. I was looking for a solid haircut for a last minute event and wasnt familiar with the area. With a small reference from a relative i found myself getting my hair cut by Henry. He did a great job, asked me questions the whole way through about my hair and about me. Seemed interested and cared throughout. Friendly and chill of course. Then i found myself there again today and had Lamont for the first time. I was told to get a haircut from him the first time i went and he was already gone for the day. But again i received a sick haircut, as good as the first. Will be back 100%

Loved the atmosphere of the barber shop. Excellent customer service and I was extremely pleased with the quality haircut I received from Henry. Prices were a great price for the service received. I did not get a cut from Lamont but I seen the interaction he had with his customers that were waiting and the parents of his younger customers, you can tell everyone felt. comfortable. A wonderful barber shop and 100 percent recommend it to anyone looking to get a haircut. By far my favorite barber shop in the Saratoga area and I have tried most of them.

Have got my haircut a few times now from Henry, Shawn, and Lamont and every time its exactly what I want and they have even gone above and beyond by recommending new styles which have been awesome and I have greatly appreciated the tips. Very friendly atmosphere immediately when you walk in and the barbers will go out of there way to accommodate you. Very military friendly as well! Definitely recommend stopping by Tru Cutz for a haircut.

Came into town on business and didnt have a chance to get a cut before I left. I found these guys on Google and I came in hoping they would have time for me. Shawn took me in right after he finished with his client and I couldnt have been happier with my haircut. It is like it was done from my normal barber back home. I had a great experience there! Immediately as I walked in the owner made sure I felt comfortable. He assured me that some one If not him would be with me asap. First time here and I was very impressed. I was a walk in and as soon as I walked in the door they were ready for me. Elijah did a great job and I love the haircut. He took his time to ask me exactly what I wanted, and asked me if I liked how it looked or wanted anything changed multiple times throughout. Great place, the five star reviews dont lie.

Real chill relax atmosphere, all the barbers know what new and whats old. Choose any barber and wont be disappointed. Price is on point as well. Ive been cutting in here for a hot minute now and I as a picky ass barber I am happy to cut here. All my clients love this place better than the last place I was at. Saratogas beat shop.

Awesome experience... Stopped in the barber shop unannounced and Lamont was able to give me a haircut Right away , got me in and out quick , love the barber cut ...
