Been going here for a little over one week, and I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. It seems as if they renovated the whole place and added new equipment, because it was clean and new. I used to go to NYSC but I couldnt keep up with the price anymore. $10 a month at Planet Fitness is great. I get to use all the machines, whenever I want. I like how they have the cleaning spray available for anyone to use, because this helps not only keep the gym clean, but helps in preventing germs from spreading. I dont find the gym to be stuffy at all, and the times when I go, it never gets to be really busy. They also have a schedule which is free to take, and it tells you the peak hours of the gym. The locker rooms are clean, I wish they were a little bit bigger though, and I believe they only have two showers. Overall, I think this place is worth the $10 a month. You get to use the gym whenever you want. Oh, and how can I forget the free tootsie rolls that you can grab on your way in, or on your way out.

Disaster... Its a scam they charge you past your 1 year contract with even notifying you that they auto renew it. Then they make up maintenance charges to continue charging you. You might as will pay for NY Sports Club because at least they are honest about the cost Inside: Always flooded with water after it rains. The air is awful because it is a basement and its humid with their poorest quality tanning beds spreading heat throughout the closed area. The staff is teenagers with horrible attitudes. Judgement free zone is a lie because the staff had the nerve to comment on the redness of my skin with I was leaving one day. Didnt realize I should feel bad for running at my level of intensity.

Im black card planet fitness costumer, but I dont like this one in Scarsdale, I asked how do I use the total body enhancement & they had no idea they didnt tell me I have to wear those things on my eyes so I was like blind with those lights, this place is too small considering others like white plains its huge, the machines looks old but other places they have the totally new different machines.! Like seriously ? I did my research and Nanuet, white plains, new Rochelle and even in the Bronx PF its huge, this is the only ugly, old and small of all.! I rather to go to white plains even tho Scarsdale is like 4 minutes away from home.!

This club is perhaps the worst Planet Fitness I have been to. I have a black card, travel a bit, and have been to clubs throughout the USA. This club is the worst. Tiny, tiny mens dressing room. Most of the TVs dont work -- or at least have only 5-6 out of ten working channels. Club is dirty. I have spoken to the staff about fixing the TVs...they ignore me. Avoid this club. The ONLY positive is the price.

This is one of my favorite in the country no Big Ass Fans blowing down on you . its never cold inside there like the other PFs. Small in the basement feels like a classic gym. Havent met too many rude or snobby people in there like that other one close by. I dont know anything about the TVs like other post I dont go there to watch TV I go there to stay fit and get more exercise. thanks guys keep it up

Great place to work out, with a great price for the membership. Only down side, is if you are serious about lifting and getting in shape, they discourage you from coming with their "lunk alert" posters, as well as the light and siren on the wall. Just dont talk to anyone and keep to yourself, and they usually dont bother you.

awesome chicks hang out there--great feel and vibe---really young and hip--great music and machines---excellent staff and their super knowledge is a great help---one guy even gave me stock tips...made a killing----ballys and NY sports cant compare---I think they should be charging more per month..but hey --what the hay!

Limited TV channels (no CBS, NBC, FOX), nearly 50% of the TVs are broken for 6 months or more. This location is probably one of the most successful locations but they do not reinvent a penny. Sewer pipes flood this basement location frequently. With all the competition around, I will be looking to change my gym.

Stuffy and busy? Youve got to be kidding. Not a fair assessment at all. Been going there for over a year now and the place couldnt be easier to deal with. And now they just upgraded all of their machines. For ten bucks a month its one of the best bargains around.

The gym is stuffy, its allways busy and the employees dont know ANYTHING! about the business, tanning booths dont even tan your body properly. What a WASTE of money. I cant even begin to describe how furious I am with that place ugh HORRIBLE! NEVER want to go back!

Pretty good bang for the buck! You get what you pay for there. Always make a practice of wiping down the machines before and after use though...some people dont follow that idea too well.

NO Air! Do they want you to pass out? Not all the TVs work. New Rochelle is a lot better.
