I Found her !!!!! I went to Supercuts this morning for the first time. I just moved to the area from Sterling, VA and was very hesitant about trying to find a stylist down here, but I decided to try it. I have very long thick curly hair and I am always very nervous to get my hair cut and blowdryed , but Sofia did a fabulous job. SHE IS MY ANGEL WITH THE MAGIC HANDS !!!! ;) Sofia was personable, easy-going, and passionate about her profession, and her pride in her work is evident. I got my hair washed cut and blow dried and my hair looked so much healthier after the cut and blowdry than it has looked in a long time. Yay for healthy hair! She gave me a basic tutorial on how to get the look I wanted at home, and recommended great products that has helped the process. My Husband even notice my hair and he loves the way I look!!!! I will definitely be going back to see Sofia in the future and would recommend anyone who wants an amazing experience to go see her. P.S I got all of this done and it was under $50 buck.... YAY SAVINGS

Its a Supercuts (for God sake you dont go to McDonalds and ask for a gourmet burger - you get greasy fat cheap meat mixed with garbage). But knowing the chain quality, I went to one is Scarsdale and oh boy I make a mistake. Horrible people, especially the lady that works on Saturdays - looks like she was trained to cut grass and not really work on hair. Rude employees, chaotic process. God bless this chain, no wonder it seems to be going down.

When I came in My manager took care of me which was a little strange. Then she started talking about kids and how its too late for her to have a baby. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, but the result was completely different. My hair was two times shorter than I hoped for it to be and it looked ugly. I hope this helped, do not recommend getting a haircut there.

The lady does not have skills necessary to achieve a quality haircut and is also extremely rough. She never used a scissor even once and was just violently mowing my head back and forth. I lost so much hair not just from cutting but also from friction. AWFUL is an understatement.

Came in for a simple trim...not even a cut....ended up leaving w a lop sided mess, all un even...didnt even bother going back to have them fix it....went to Michaels in Scarsdale to salvage what was left.....would not recommend especially on a Sunday
